The job is okay , but the problem is I provide the material he provide the labor , we've been to part material together. but the price is dishonest.

From my 1st contact with Chris through the completion of the projects in my home, he and his crew were very organized, prepared, knowledgeable, pleasant and respectful. Always on time, worked steadily and diligently. They left the areas very clean and in good condition. Already looking forward to having Chris back to complete more projects in my home.

Great job getting paper off in a timely manner and overall the painting was okay. did get into my seams of baseboards though. Some difficulties getting fixtures back into place. He was very kind to put up new fixtures for me but the paint was on the connections from back of since to wall and the connection was loose. Just a bit unfinished in the end. Timely and professional though!

Chris always responded quickly in email, showed up on time and did a great job.

I've used Christian several times and his painting, wood working, and repairs have always been top notch and done at a very reasonable, competitive price.  I wouldn't hesitate to call him again next time I need work done.

He painted a master closet. I had removed shelves so he did have to do some spackling work. I thought in the beginning he did a grate job and I was pleased with the work. However, he seemed to rush towards the end of the surface. I noticed a couple of bubbles in the paint. One was about three inches in diameter. He told me that the bubbles would go away when the paint dry but they did not. Overall, I was pleased with the service.

I called and set up an appointment for him to come on Saturday, 10/19/13 at 8:00 a.m. to take a look at the job.  I gave a description over the phone of the project.  He did not show up.  So I called at 10:00 a.m. and left a message wondering what happened.  He called back at 11:00 a.m. and said his schedule got messed up on his computer.  So I rescheduled for him to come on Tuesday, 10/22/13 at 9:00 a.m.  He did come and check out the job.  His service was listed as, "$99 for one room of interior painting."  But the catch was, it's extra for trim and ceiling.  I wasn't happy about that, but at that point I was desperate to have it done before Thanksgiving.  So it was going to cost me $125 more plus I had to buy the paint he instructed me to get.

He scheduled to start the job on Wednesday, 11/13/13 at 8:00 a.m.  No show.  I waited for him to call, then I finally called him and left a message.  He called back later in the day and his excuse was he had to take his nephew to the hospital or something, I really don't remember exactly.  But he said he would be here the next morning, 11/14/13 at 9:30 a.m.  He did arrive on 11/14/13 a little early with a helper and 6 1/2 hours later they were done.  He stood me up twice, but the finished product was really good.

If I could give a higher rating I would.  Christian was spot on for every thing.  I will definitely hire him again. And extremely dog friendly.

Robert Coulter and his staff were on time, professional, clean and performed a lot of work to my house in preparation to put it on the market to be sold. I had also used Competitive Painters, LLC to do painting, electrical work, kitchen repair and installation of home theater wiring, so I am very comfortable and satisfied with the work this company has done for me in the past. I would not hesitate to recommend CP, LLC to anyone who needs to have renovation work done to their house.

Christian did a great job.  The quality of the painting was excellent, he kept the work area clean, and he was prompt and quick with the work.  I would use him as a painter again in the future.

Christian provided a comprehensive painting and repair job to my daughter's 12x11 room. He moved furniture in the room away from the walls, removed an old wallpaper border, patched and made minor repairs to the drywall, applied 2 coats of paint to the walls and painted the trim and ceiling. When finished the furniture was returned to its original location, the blinds were reinstalled and the room was vacuumed. He and his assistant arrived on time and were completely finished within 8 hours. They were very professional, and the results are perfect. I would definitely hire Christian's Painters again- their work is excellent and the price is very reasonable. A great value all around.

Chris and another painter showed up on time and completed the job over 2 days.  He spent a lot of time making sure the job was just right.  I have worked with many painters because I am in property management and Chris is an excellent combination of fair price and top notch work.

Chris and Ronald from Christian's Painters painted the bathroom, re-attached a large bannister to a staircase wall, and repaired a large whole in one of our basement walls. They accomplished everything in one day, and it all looks great. We're very happy with the work, and will use them again in the future for some more upcoming painting jobs.

I purchased a Big Deal for $99 for one room of interior painting.    I purchased it late in the evening on October 6.   I awoke the next morning to find an email from Chris contacting me to set up an appointment.   I called him that day and we arranged for him to come out to my house to look at the space.   He was at my house a few days later (appointment was arranged at a day/time that was convenient for me).   The Big Deal fine print clearly indicated the $99 was for walls only and did not include trim.  I did not need window trim or base trim painted but did want a chair rail around the room painted - I was told upfront that would be an additional $25.    We picked a date for the work - Chris was in high demand because of the deal, but when I asked if we could get the painting done by the end of the month because I had guests coming the first weekend in November, he readily accommodated me with an October appointment.



On the day of the appointment, I got a call from Chris at 8 am saying he was about a half-hour out.   There had been a bit of confusion about whether I was supposed to buy the paint or whether he would, so I did not have it.   He asked me for the name/address of a local paint store and he went to pick up my paint (I had a sample I was able to give him so there was no confusion) with no hassle at all.   (I had to go to work but he told me just to leave the sample outside my front door and he would take care of it.)  Chris came by himself and spent the day painting.  (My babysitter was home and told me he was right on time, and she was also totally comfortable with him in the house.)  I was going from a darker color to a lighter one, and Chris had a great eye for how many coats were required to make the walls look great.   He had estimated I would only need a gallon of paint (it's a small room) but he ultimately decided a second one was necessary - I looked at the walls and completely agreed with him.  We might have been able to get away with one but 2 coats was definitely the right call.  He went right back to the paint store to get more and came back and finished the job.



This happened to be on Halloween day and I have young kids - once they were home from school there was definitely a lot of activity and commotion in the house, but Chris was great - it didn't bother him at all and he was pleasant and friendly.



Ultimately, we were thrilled with the job Chris did.  He was right on time, was very flexible about getting the paint, had a great eye, was easy and pleasant to have in the house, and the room looks wonderful.  I will absolutely use Chris again in the future.



The only suggestion I would have is that Chris do a phone call a day or two before the appointment to confirm.   I had some confusion about whether I was supposed to buy the paint and sent him an email a day or two before the appointment to ask but did not get a reply.   Had I heard from him I could have cleared that up and had the paint ready to go.  (It also could have potentially been an issue as I wanted to have a color match done from a Restoration Hardware paint color, and there was a chance that the paint store might not have had the right color number to do it - had that happened I would not have been able to get the paint without more of a hassle, so again, it would have been good to be able to pin that down with Chris a fews days in advance.)   While not hearing from him disturbed me a bit before the appointment, Chris was so prompt on the day of the appointment and did such a great job and was so flexible about getting the paint for me that it ended up being only a minor point that didn't impact the job at all.    This was a GREAT deal - for the room and the chair rail and 2 gallons of paint it only cost me about $175 dollars - yet it looks as good as rooms I've had painted for a lot higher cost.   This deal was well worth it.

Bedroom walls, trim, closet and doors.  It was a small project and he did it right.  We'll definitely use him again.

Christian made an appointment to survey the room we needed painting.  He quoted the cost and told us what type of paint should be used and what furniture should be moved.  He answered all of our questions and set a date and time to return to do the work.  He arrived on time and thoroughly prepared the room for painting to include a whole room drop cloth and the repair of any holes.  He also sealed the cracks between the baseboard and wall prior to painting the room.  He applied 2 coats of paint to the walls and one coat to the ceiling.  We provided the paint and had selected a ceiling white for the ceiling and a neutral color for the walls. Christian worked efficiently and cleaned up completely after he was finished.  We were left with a brand new room.

I had a number of special requirements for this paint job. Because my wife is extremely sensitive to paint fumes, I needed the work done on a specific date (when she was away on business) and I needed to use a specific paint (zero VOC and odor). We also wanted to use three different (contrasting) colors in the bedroom and stairway. None of these requirements were problems for Chris. He and his assistant came on the appointed morning and were finished by late afternoon the same day. They did a great job with the painting, were extremely careful and thorough with masking and drop cloths and treated the house as if they themselves lived there. I am extremely happy with the results and will definitely call them again for additional work.

Christian returned phone calls promptly. He arrived on time and did a very professional job on the bedroom.

I had purchased the $99 deal. I had dry wall repairs that added to the cost - but it was WELL worth it!! My kitchen was done in a day - they showed up ON TIME and worked the day through. My kitchen?! I LOVE THE JOB!!!  We'll be having them back to paint other rooms!!  
 They put up the border I had provided. They measured so that it was done right. I'm VERY HAPPY!!!

I have had difficulty scheduling this company.  He scheduled with me for yesterday and no showed and did not answer my calls.

From start to finish this was a relaxing experience.  I purchased a deal for $99 and Christian promptly responded.  Within two days he came out personally to access the job to be done and explained exactly what would be done.  I expected that based on some larger drywall repairs that the price would go up and it did not.  I then asked him about some ceiling work (nail pops and paint and we agreed on a price. The work was completed a week later.  He even had ceiling paint with him to complete the job.  Christian is very professional and an overall nice person. I never leave with workers in the house, but I felt extremely comfortable and left for an hour workout.
We have also agreed on a price to paint my garage (drywall repair also) and some patch up work on the outside.  His price was 1/3 of a quoted price from another "A" rated company on Angie's list that has done work for me before.  I will not be using the other company again and will be using Christian for any and all painting needs.

It went very well.  My wife and I painted the room ourselves and the color turned out completely different than we had expected.  Our schedules were packed, so we didn't have time to repaint anytime soon.  As chance would have it I received an email from Angie's List a few days later and saw Christian's deal.  The offer was $99 to paint any room in our house of a specific size and the nursery qualified.  It was a no-brainer purchase.
I actually called Christian to confirm the details before I purchased the deal and ended up leaving him a voicemail.  He called me back a little later that same day and we ended up talking about several painting projects that we needed done.  Christian asked me to go to his website to fill out my information and the different projects that I needed quotes for.  The form on the site was very easy to fill out.  Christian emailed me the quotes a day or two later, I told him what I would like done and he called me the next day to schedule it.
We agreed on the17th at 8AM and Christian showed up right on time.  My wife was out of town for business and she wanted me to ask Christian if he could add some texture to one of the walls in the room with a sponge that she had found.  It wasn't part of the initial quote, so I told Christian that I would pay him extra and he didn't charge me.  He communicated everything that he was going to do and even checked with me before he started with the sponge to make sure he was doing it correctly. 
I work from home and I didn't hear a peep from Christian the entire time he was here.  He cleaned everything up and put the room back the way it was when he arrived.  This is exactly what my wife and I look for in the professionals that we hire.  We only had Christian do one of the projects that he quoted us, but I told him before he left that he would be hearing from us again when we decide to take them on.

Chris was extremely professional.  He responded immediately when I contacted him and came the next day to provide an estimate.  He arrived promptly, was extremely pleasant and did a great job!  I look forward to working with him on other projects.
