Denny works with professional appraisers (free to us) who appraised the house we were selling to help us gauge the market better. He explained to us the dynamics of listing, and how to list perfectly. Additionally, he also partners with an extremely talented home photographer, to ensure that the internet listings look as good as possible. When nearly all real estate research is done now online, this is something that was very very important to us, and paid off in the end! Our home we were selling was an older home that had a few issues discovered at the home inspection, Denny patiently educated us on these issues and carefully navigated these challenges confidently and successfully. On the finding and purchase of our new home, Denny listened to all of our needs, wants and wishes and was able to narrow us down to our perfect home. He is a master negotiator, getting us a fantastic deal continuing to educate us and inform us throughout the process.
