Our maytag dryer had been making a lot of noise. My wife called Appliance Repair Leaders on Friday and they came the next day on time. The repair person diagnosed the problem immediately as the blower, he gave me a quote which included the Angie List discount. He replaced the blower within an hour, showed us the damaged part. Very professional and competent. I would use them again.

Our GE refrigerator had stopped cooling and after much trouble shooting, we checked Angie's List and called "Appliance Repair Leaders". We called around 10:00 a.m. and asked if they could come the same day. They said they would try to squeeze us in between 4-7. They promptly called at 4:30 to say they were en route. The technician ("Sammy"?) was "no-nonsense", professional and got to work right away. He suspected it was a problem with the fan, and once he disassembled the unit, his suspicion was confirmed. He spent quite a bit of time flushing the line an cleaning out the unit. Before he reassembled things, he made a point to explain what had locked up and what he had done to correct it ... a quick tutorial. Once he was finished, he cleaned up and pushed the fridge back into its space. We had a coupon from Angie's List which helped with the pricing (much cheaper than the quotes we got from calling GE directly). It's been 2 days and the fridge & freezer seem to be cooling properly and the ice maker is back in action. Our experience was overall a good one.

They came when they said they would, did the work efficiently and the price was reasonable. The serviceman was polite, competent, and careful not to cause a mess. He diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it right the first time. He even fixed the door handle for free. I would use them again the next tme.

The technician called and informed us that he would be at our home be at our home at 4:00 pm. He didnt arrive until 5:15 pm. The first thing that he looked at was the dishwasher. I explained to him what the issues were and then he started the dishwasher. After listening to it he told us it was a bad motor and pump. He never checked anything. He told us to buy a new dishwasher. Next he looked at the washing machine. It was not pumping water out of the machine properly. He opened the pump and flooded the room. After examining the pump he told me that the pump needed to be replaced. He stated that he had something in the truck that he could rig to work on or machine. I told him that we want ed to use original manufacturer parts which he did not like. As he was reassembling the pump I noticed that he had left the main o-ring laying on the floor. I said something to him about it at which he became offended. Next I asked him to look at my refrigerator. The water line to the water faucet in the door was broken. As I tried to explain to himthe course of action that had been taken p to that point he told me that it doesnt matter. He was ignoring me and then looked quickly at the back of the refrigerator where the water valve was located and said the valve was broken. He began to argue with me and told him the we were done.He charged me $150 and would not accept the Angie's List coupon that they advertised in the book and on this website. I cant understand how this company with this employee could be rated with an Angie's List Superior Service Award. Call them at your own risk!

Our refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling. Sammy from Appliance Repair Leaders showed up the next day as scheduled and quickly identified and fixed the problem. Sammy was very knowledgeable and experienced to correctly identify and fix the problem so quickly. Sammy explained the company's repair warranty and educated me a little on refrigerator components that occassionally fail. I'm smarter about refrigerators as a result. Its always good to learn from an expert. The frig was repaired in what seemed like well less than an hour after Sammy arrived. There is nothing he could have done to make the service call go any better.

We called them early in the morning on the Saturday of a holiday weekend, and they responded early in the afternoon and fixed the problem (and also put on a new metal exhaust hose and clamps). Sammy, the serviceman, thoroughly vacuumed out the dryer and vents and checked the operation of all parts. When done he cleaned up after himself well. The dryer has been running fine since then!

Overall, it went fine. I'm sure the tech would have fixed the washer if he could have gotten the part. I would use this company again.

I'm having difficulty submitting my review. About to give up. If you want feed back your system needs to be more user friendly.

I called on Friday morning when we discovered that the dishwasher was not draining and had ceased to function. I was provided with a time later that day for a techincian to come out but we were not going to be available. We were scheduled for a technician to arrive early on Saturday afternoon. The technician SAmmy was very professional and thorough in identifying the problem, fixing it, and checking out all connections. We were quite pleased with the service and felt that the repair cost was clearly a fair one.

Very timely, reasonably priced, accommodated my immediate need, very polite & professional.

Sammy did a great job. He diagnosed the issue almost immediately, a broken drum bearing. He quoted me the price, I agreed and he commenced work. He kept the work area clean and fixed the dryer in just over a half hour. I will repeat with service with Sammy.

The man was nice, competent, and quick. Called ahead to tell me he would be here in a few minutes. He knew exactly what was wrong. Had to haggle on price a bit. I brought up Angie's List, he moved the price down a little. I brought up the coupon for Angie's List users, he moved the price a bit more. I would just like to skip to the final price next time. Not sure how much this should have cost but I think the price was fair for the service call and the work. Fair, not good or great.

Called and they had a service man here within the hour. Service was done on a Saturday which means nobody had to take a day off and wait for the service man to come. Fixed the dryer problem in about an hour and a half. Had to take dryer completely apart to make repairs.

We first called several other services (whose service calls would have been more expensive), none of which could look at our washing machine until a week later. Appliance Repair Leaders could come a day after we called. The repairman came when we expected him and worked quickly to unclog our drain pump, which is now working fine. He was extremely polite and professional, and offered advice about how maintaining both our washer and dryer. He completed the repairs (while unstacking and restacking our washer/dryer) in under an hour. The price was very competitive, especially after the Angie's List discount. We will definitely use Appliance Repair Leaders again.

Where do I begin. How about PHENOMENAL! After driving all day from Kansas City, I arrived in town this evening to a house in full panic mode. The oven stopped working in the midst of preparing Thanksgiving dinner for 22 people tomorrow. I called 4 repair businesses all that advertised 24/7 services. All 4 could not help me tonight. I then logged into my Angies List Account and found Appliance Repair Leaders LLC. I explained my situation and the gentleman asked for my number and said he would call me right back. Like clock work, Sammy called me and said he would be here in 45 minutes. He arrived and immediately got to work. He quickly assessed the problem and then spent time explaining exactly what the problem was and then fixed it . Professional, dependable, fast, courteous, knowledgeable, LIFESAVER! I would absolutely refer both Sammy and Appliance Repair Leaders if you need a good technician to troubleshoot appliance repair.

My washing machine is now back in good working order.

They were great. They were on time, the price was very competitive, they fixed it on the same trip as the diagnosis, and they were fast and friendly. Highly recommend!

Sammy came out to look at my refrigerator, which had starting making noises when you went to use the filtered water in the door following the replacement of the water filter. I spoke with him by phone about the problem and he said he would leave a note with my nanny explaining what the problem was, which he didn't. I agree to the estimate once he called a few days later and he ordered a replacement part for me. Due to Angie's List, the service visits was supposed to be free, with a $55 discount. When he called to say he was in the neighborhood a few days later, he said he would come by in 20 minutes, which turned out to be almost an hour and a half later without a call or anything. When I spoke to him when he replaced the part, I again asked about the costs, since it seemed very steep for a very minor problem and he said the part was very expensive. Once I got the receipt he left following the replacement of the part and googled it, it was a less than $50 part and despite the supposed $55 discount and "free" service call, I paid more than $260.

Quickly diagnosed by the technician (Sam) who ordered a replacement part and installed it promptly.

The good thing was that Appliance Repair Leaders was able to get the job done, but the bad part is I think they were too expensive. The quality so far is good.

The job went fine and the dishwasher is still working. Our top of the line dishwasher has broken down three times and the other two times we had another company come to do the work but we think Appliance Repair Leaders did a better job. We would use them again in the future.

Appliance Repair Leaders came to the house, fixed the dryer and accepted the Angie's List coupon towards payment. The company on time and were extremely pleasant to work with.
