I got three quotes from companies on Angie's List and all the companies were great to work with. I selected Absolute and asked about the discount, which Ashley agreed to and honored. We agreed to have the work done on Friday so I was quite surprised when my daughter called on Wednesday afternoon to say that there were workers removing the downed tree limbs. I cleared my afternoon schedule and rushed home to find them almost done. Apparently a job had to be rescheduled, so they moved mine up. I was happy about getting the work done sooner but a call would have been appreciated. The workers were professional and skilled from what I observed. Clean up could have been better but overall I was happy with their work.

Absolute provided an estimate within a day or two of my calling them. Once I decided on them, they were there to do the work within two business days. When I called about the coupon, I received a discount even though the price quoted was their minimum charge. I ended up paying the amount of the quote, though, because they were very complete, professional, and fast. I would highly recommend Absolute.

Absolute Tree was quick in providing an estimate and came on time as scheduled to perform the work. They were very professional and were able to perform all the tasks within a few hours. They did a great job cleaning up as well.

Called 4 companies and all provided estimate. Some had language difficulty. Absolute provided estimate in a very timely manner and seemed willing to negotiate some on cost. They are not the fly-by-night non-english speaking kind of team (lacking/poor equipment, no insurance/license, etc) but they were willing to offer competitive rates to that kind of outfit. In the end, Absolute was very price competitive and the fact they are established local company gave me more of an assurance my house, neighbors' properties, and the workmen would be cared for safely.

Overall Absolute Tree did an outstanding job. They were professional, courteous, honest, on time, and clean. The tree in the front of our house is a bit tricky to trim because of where it is situated. They not only made the tree look a lot better in appearance they did so without destroying the front of our house and property. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done.

In my opinion, Absolute did a very professional and neat job. The crew of 6 arrived on time and worked quickly, safely, and neatly. Plywood and pads were placed on the yard to minimize damage from the crane and the clean up was very well done. All wood and branches were taken away and the ground, driveway, and other hard surfaces were raked and swept clean. No mishaps. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

I called Ashley Davis on a Thursday morning. As Ashley had already scheduled similar tree work nearby my house, he quickly rearranged his schedule to include my tree stump. Ashley was done with this stump before noon. The price included the discount Ashley offers to Angie's List members.

I found Absolute on Angie's and called Ashley Davis for an estimate. He came to the house that week to look at the job, and he conveniently left me the estimate/contract. He sent his crew the next week, and they had to go into the tree to do the cuts, instead of cutting from the top of my roof. The crew worked while I was not home. When I reviewed the job, I was not sure they had removed the final branch we had discussed on the phone, so Ashley went back out with his crew to make sure it was done to his specs. It was, and I decided it was enough for the insurance company's needs. The crew had cleaned up the branches and leaves from the yard before they left, and they even trimmed some smaller branches from another tree that were near the power lines on their way out. Absolute returned my calls promptly, were very courteous, and stuck with their estimate.

Mr. Davis returned my call promptly and met us as scheduled to provide an estimate. Including the Angie discount, his pricing was the best of 4 that we received. He was very responsive to our questions and request later to change the date. His team arrived promptly and finished the work in 4 hours as promised. Mr. Davis arrived at the end to make sure the work was done properly. The clean-up afterwards was adequate. Overall, I was very satisfied and would consider using his services again.

Estimate was done in a timely manner, arranged for work to be completed on a Saturday, so we could use neighboring parking lot, workers showed up on time, did beautiful work, with minimal damage to existing landscape (of which there is a lot), cleaned up the yard debris. They were extremely capable, very friendly and very professional!

Ashley and his crew are great! This was a great experience. I called for an estimate and received a emailed copy of the estimate within 24 hours (honoring the Angie's List discount without question). We also asked Ashley to estimate the cost to trim our back yard tree. He was honest with us and told us that it wasn't worth spending the money to trim it (leave it or remove it). Absolute Tree is THE BEST value that I have seen. We received 5 estimates and we chose Absolute Tree for the price, responsiveness, professionalism and honesty. The crew came out as scheduled and did a great job of removing the tree. They cleaned up everything and left the worksite spotless of debris. The crew were very friendly and professional. Ashley came back out a few days later to grind down the stump. Ashley and his guys did such a great job my neighbor had their tree removed today and others are talking about using him for trimming and removing. We will definitely use Absolute Tree again.

Excellent. The bid was very competitive compared to others. The work was done, in a timely, professional, manner, with extraordinary care. The clean up of debris left my yard cleaner than before they started. The service was pleasant, and the communication with the owner was pleasant and follow through was excellent.

From the time we called for an estimate until the work was completed, we were impressed with Ashley Davis and his team. We were given a written estimate with the job description, and we found it fair. They arrived on time and with all the necessary and proper equipment. They set about to do the job and did everything we asked them to do and did it well. We were impressed with the efforts they made to protect our home and property. They worked hard, they completed the work in one very long day, and they cleaned up, even raking the front lawn, leaving everything better than they found it. In short, we found the Absolute Tree team to be on time, hard working, courteous, caring and absolute pros.
