Absolute Tree Inc

It was a tough job because of where the trees were located and the height of the trees. Absolute Tree's did an amazing job. We weren't home but our neighbors saw the operation. They as well as we were impressed with the equipment, job, timing and the fact that if the trees weren't trimmed you would not be able to tell anyone was there. They cleaned up and left nothing behind. We were incredibly pleased and would not only use them again but we would recommend them to everyone. The price was very fair too!

Company responded quickly and provided an excellent service. The owner took the time to oversee the work and made sure that we were fully satisfied. I would definitely recommend Absolute Tree Inc. to everyone and will be sure to call them for service in the future.

Decided to use Absolute Tree after meeting wth Ashely during the estimate phase of the project. He seemed knowledgable and took the time to explain the various trees we had and what should be done. We had a bit of time deadline and Ashley sent his crew out on a Saturday to take down the trees and the stump grinding occured on Monday and Tuesday. Tree removal went well as did the stump grinding. Only hicupp was that unfortunately, I wasn't home at the time so I couldn't remind the crew of the property boundries and the stump grinding machine operators didn't stay within my property line and ended up tearing up my neighbors grass. I spoke to Ashely and he sent someone back over to rake the area which helped a little, but there is still damage to the grass.

It was great. They were very affordable. I was happy with the work that they did. They cleaned up when they were finished.

The work performed was OK and repair of damage done was made, but company failed to invoice me on a timely basis or as requested by myself (and agreed to in advance by company). In fact, my requests for invoicing was ignored until the company made a demand for payment for the unbilled work. I got a sense that the administrative side of the business was incapable of handling the volume of business.

Ashley came out within a few days of my call and provided an estimate for trimming and pruning several large trees. I had received a lower quote from another provider, but Ashley was willing to match that price to win the business. His crew showed up and finished two trees, and then had to return on Saturday to finish the last tree that had been added to the work order a few days prior to the start date. Everything went well. The crew were professional, and cleaned up very well. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone. I would use them again in the future.

My husband wrote a detailed request through their website contact portal for the service we were seeking to see if this was something they could do for us. That same day, due to some miscommunication on our part, I sent an email to Absolute Tree asking for service with no details of our needs. I received a reply within a day from Mr. Davis saying he could come out to our property the following week. In response, my husband replied back to Mr. Davis?s email, as well as left a voice message, describing our specific interests and that he wanted to be on site when Mr. Davis came by our home. Mr. Davis replied back to my husband?s email the day after he said he originally would drop by our home, stating he was free now to drop by our property. My husband said no thank you given he never addressed our main question of the service we were seeking. In the end, we decided to try another company.

After a violent rainstorm in late June, we had a very tall tree fall over our driveway (thankfully there was no damage to our property or the neighbor's) and needed it removed. We also became worried about our remaining trees. During my first two calls with their office, I found the receptionist/scheduler absolutely lovely and very easy to deal with. She was courteous and clear about their schedules and prices. I received prompt email information and the like. Thus, I was very happy. When my husband and I chose another service to remove our downed tree (mostly due to scheduling - we didn't have to wait a week), I asked if we could schedule an arborist to come out to assess our other trees. I received two tense and aggressive emails from someone who seemed to be a senior member of the company. She seemed to accuse me of doing something wrong by going with another service. I replied that all went well with the service we used and that I still wanted to do business with Absolute Trees. I have yet to hear from them...It all ended very strangely - like a high school break-up.

They were professional when I spoke with them.

Along with sending a bid they sent a copy of having liability insurance. They were the most professional of all of the bids that I received. Ashley Davis did a great job with professionalism. Denise Davis his office person was very good as well.

Absolute Tree Service provided excellent service. I contacted them via email about providing an estimate to remove a large maple tree that was dying. The estimate was provided in a timely manner and the crew arrived on the scheduled day. The job took about 6 hours. They worked diligently to get the tree down, and even continued to clean up during a storm. All debris from the tree was removed from the property. I did have a question about the tree chips being left on site, and the owner took time to call me and explain the situation. I highly recommend Absolute Tree Service and will use them again.

Ashley Davis and his crew were punctual, professional and performed the work outlined above to my complete satisfaction. As a result, several neighbors have used Absolute Tree. Mr. Davis is a certified arborist who is up-to-date on how to maintain trees and keep them healthy. Bradford pears must be topped and often tree companies prune them incorrectly.

They did a great job. They came when they said they would and they gave me some good advice about my treees.

I call on 6/19/13 and asked for an estimate for some tree trimming / removal. They said they'd send someone over to review the job and then would provide a quote via email. It never happened. I called today 7/3/13. They found my name / order in the system but couldn't explain why they didn't conduct the estimate.

The provider arrived early in the morning and when I got home after work all of the trees and bushes had been trimmed and all of the brush, leaves, branches had been cleared away. I really like the expert tree trimming; the trees are pruned so that they still have a crown of leaves at the top and are very attractive.

After initially cancelling a visit, they performed the work quick and efficiently and did a very good job.

This is my second experience with Absolute Tree. They continue to impress me. Very professional crews - they always seem to find a way to go the extra mile. I asked them to leave the wood from a long dead tree in the back...one of the crew let me know that it was pine and wouldn't be suitable for burning inside in my fireplace - good to know... He suggested keeping the wood from the maple instead. Rather than leaving it on my lawn however, they stacked it all neatly in our wood rack. Nice touch! The elevations in the front and back made a huge difference in how much sunlight is getting down to the lawn and into the house. It was obvious they took special care to not trample all of my ferns and did an excellent job with cleanup.

Not much to explain...they came and took a look at the tree (no need for me to have been home). Gave me a quote that I couldn't argue with (great price). Came back and expertly trimmed the tree (again, no need for me to have been at the house). Great job, great service, and I'll use them agan!

It was exactly as requested. On time, efficient, and finished well. We are highly pleased and will have Absoute Tree do any and all future tree work for us.

It went well. We were out of the country so only saw results when we returned. The work was good.

From beginning to end I found Absolute Tree to be very professional and responsive. They provided a quote within a few business days of my request and responded promptly to questions. Once I was ready to schedule the work they scheduled it quickly and performed the tree removal and stump grinding on the promised day. Everything was done as outlined in the quote, and they even ground an extra stump from one of the hollies we had tried to remove ourselves. We received excellent customer service and would definitely use this company again. They were competitively priced and I was very pleased with their work.

I received a prompt email stating someone would be by to give an estimate. Now a month later and a reminder email & still no estimate. I guess business is doing well to be too busy to get back with a customer. They could at least take the time to email or call that they were busy or weren't interested.

Everything was great with this company. There was some slight miscommunication with when the estimate was going to be performed but otherwise it went off very well. The crew sowed up exactly on time and performed the work as instructed and very quickly. They were all professional and friendly.

Excellent! They were polite and courteous the entire time and cleaned up well when they were done. Would definitely use them again.
