Description of Work: On 6/17/16 we had our AC/Heat Pump outdoor unit replaced. The techs did a great job in one long morning. They arrived as promised and left the area as they found it with the shiny new Carrier unit running. The other staff that diagnosed the problem could not have been more helpful in that he suggested other alternatives with price estimates so that we could make the right decision.

Description of Work: We have used A-1 to service our A/C and furnace since approximately 1988. They installed a furnace and A/C in our townhouse and when we moved to a single family in 2000 we continued to use them. They replaced our furnace and A/C in 2001 and we have a service contract with them every year. We have the highest respect for this company and plan to continue to use them for an upcoming furnace and A/C replacement and water heater. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Annual service contract allows for two HVAC inspections and all service calls. Over the winter I lost heat but didn't know it until 9 PM. A1 came out and had the unit up and running by 10:30. Very appreciative of there response and promptness.

Description of Work: A-1 replaced our entire heating and cooling system -furnace, heat pump, thermostat. They even came out as scheduled on a day when it was snowing to get the job done. When I first called them about the problems we were having they sent a technician out the same day to check it out. We have used A-1 for years and have always been happy with their service and would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: We have an annual maintenance contract for our Heat and AC. A-1 Heating is professional, on time, and does a great job. More recently we asked them for an estimate for a dual zone system. The person that came out was courteous, took measurements, and came back with an estimate that was comparable to the others we asked for. We haven't decided to spend the money on it; so, we can't give you any information on their installation practices. However, as a maintenance company they do a good job. While their prices are not the cheapest, they are reliable and professional.

 + -1 moreThey are prompt and always come when they are supposed to. They come within the given time, which I appreciate. The woman I deal with does a great job and is always accommodating to my schedule. I have them service my systems in two houses. They charge fee for both visits.
Description of Work: They came to do a check up on my heating and air conditioning systems. I have a semi annual contract with them which consists of them coming twice a year; they clean the filters, check the pressure and temperature, etc. My house has 2800 square feet.
