It took a while to set up a time but when we did, he arrived on time and went to work right away. He accomplished a number of things that needed to be done.He seemed to know what to do and how to do it.

Alvin and Kyle were friendly, responsive , knowledgeable and fast. Would hire them aqain without question. Alvin kept in touch with me proactively until we found a time that worked for both of us. He then let me know when he was on his way, got the work done and left with the same smile they showed up with!

Alvin worked very fast and was able to get a lot more done than I thought could be done. I'm hiring him again for another job. He's excellent to work with.

It went well.  We were supposed to do it Friday, but on Thursday he asked by email if we could push it back to Monday which was fine.  They were supposed to start at 1pm, but texted me at noon saying they were running a little late.  They arrived at about 1:20 to start.
I had paid for three hours and didn't want them to spend the time shopping so I had emailed them to figure out what to buy ahead of their visit (2 bags of Quikrete and a 4"x4"x8' cedar post).  When he arrived he determined that he needed paint for the board for the dog door and four timberlock screws.  I happened to have the paint, but ran to the hardware store to get the timberblocks.
I felt they worked quickly and professionally.  They got the two jobs done in the 3 hours, which didn't seem unreasonable to me.  I discovered they had done some work for a friend of mine, so I called her to get an opinion.  She said they had done high quality work and were honest, but she had had trouble scheduling with them for finishing details on a big project.  Her schedule is very full so that is part of the problem.
I need some electrical wiring done in the basement.  He looked it over and gave me a reasonable bid for four hours of work.  If I can get it scheduled I'll have him do it.
All and all it was a pleasant experience and I am happy to have those two things done and off my plate.

Alvin did a great job with attention to detail. He phoned to let me know he was running twenty minutes late for our appointment, which I appreciated. I would use him again in the future.

Very responsive to my needs. He understood what I was trying to accomplish, and offered different solutions. 
On time, within budget, very professional and friendly.

Alvin had an appoimntment to begin working in my home at 1:00 pm. At 1:05 he sent a message that he was involved in an auto accident and would be just a bit late. After hearing the reason for the delay I was shocked to actually have him show up about 15-minutes later. He apologized again for being a bit late and then went right to work. He had all of the tools necessary to fix the sheetrock and was an expert in matching the paint. he also did a great job cleaning up after the project.
While he was waiting for the ceiling to dry he also took the opportunity to repair an electrical outlet in that bathroom that wasn't working. This was a very nice surprise since it is my wife's outlet of choice to plug the vacuum in.
I will hire Alvin again without hesitation.

It went really well.  They were prompt.  He did what he said he would do.  The price was right.
