We have had a window well flood since we moved here. Paulino came and analyzed the problem and offered several solutions. We opted to do both grading and french drain installation. The first day, the french drain was installed but the grading did not get done. I called Paulino and he brought a crew out and they completed the job. We had a huge rain since and NO FLOODS (yay). The reason I gave them a 'B;' for quality was they removed my perennials and did not keep track of where they removed the from, therefore, they were randomly replanted in the wrong places.

These guys were great, he fit me in the schedule in 1 day (because they were already working in the area) and completed what I thought was a 2 day job in just one day. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

The trees were a bit stressed with the move here from Oregon, but Paulino is guaranteeing them. No one does that! I am really impressed with Paulino and his crew. They work real hard, are friendly, on time, clean up after themselves and even ask what else they can do for you. They take pride in their work. Paulino knows the business and was able to make good suggestions. I will continue to use this company. I'll add pictures when the yard is totally done. I have more work they will be doing for me in the back yard.

They did an excellent job expanding our driveway and pouring new steps to the front door. The concrete looks great. They planted new flower beds and a tree out front and it all looks really good. My dogs had destroyed my grass out back so we decided to put in an AstroTurf, it definitely looks like AstroTurf. If you’re ever thinking of putting in artificial grass be specific about what kind you want. I know there are some brands out there that look way more natural then what we had installed, but that’s our fault for not being specific. Overall they did a great job!

Contractor exceeded our expectations on workmanship and detail. Within a week, went from zero to completed project. Crew was the best at responding to requests and doing more than was anticipated. Cleaned up site each day, including any blow over to neighbors. Neighbors commented on what a good contractor we had hired. Not inexpensive but did not feel overcharged. We had no issues on response & followup. Crew was on site at 8am & worked well past 5pm each day. This is the 4th home we landscaped from scratch and with our budget, we were pleasantly surprised with the results.

He stuck buy his estimated and performed additional work that I had not requested. ( Put in additional soakers to the rose bed and the tress - great job! ). He was prompt and completed the task in the required time. So pleased with his work and would defiantly recommend his service.

I needing to add some sod to my backyard and pull out some weed grass and add sod to the front yard. I also need shade seed grass in the back and a sprinkler system overhaul. I called several companies and even had a few come by for an estimate before I found Romero. Other companies seemed to think my job was too small for them. They wasted my time coming by and then never following up with me. Others were willing to do the work but not for weeks and in one case even a few months. Romero was able to give me an estimate over the phone after I took some photos of the yard, he also came by and looked around before I agreed to pay. His team was ready to do the work within a week of the estimate. And he didn't just bring two guys- he brought a large team that could do a lot of work in a short amount of time. The came by on time and worked fast and professionally. I was around and when I didn't like something and asked for something else to be done they did right away- no complaining! We had a miscommunication and something was left undone- no problem, text to Romero and boom, they came back and did what I asked. I am very impressed with this company and highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional yard work done right and done soon.

We hired Paulino Romero's team to redo some rock steps for us. They did awesome. They showed up timely, and Paulino was very professional. Paulino took great care in doing the job right for us. He asked good questions, and repeated things back to me so I knew he understood the vision of what I wanted. His team worked hard, were fairly fast, and got the job done right. My stairs are much improved from what the builder put in, and are far superior quality. I would rehire Paulino's team next time. They do the job right, are easy to work with, and really did a prefesional job.

Just as others reported I never even received a return phone call. How they have this rating is beyond me.  How many F's can a company receive and still Angies list rates them as a "A".

Sometimes you just get lucky with a landscaper. After many years of seemingly reputable landscapers gone awry, we decided to go with Romero landscaping for winter cleanup of our yard and weekly lawn mowing service. He was timely and showed up to assess our yard, sent a crew in who in no time had this yard looking like it has never looked before. They edged planting beds, trimmed hedges, cleaned up debris, pulled weeds, trimmed vegetation, and basically made our yard look like a park. His crew shows up on time every week for regular maintenance and their work is very professional. The cost is very reasonable. We will be hiring him for some hard landscaping work.

Romero's team was prompt, professional and did a solid job on our yard. We did not trim the trees the year before, so the guys had their work cutout for them cleaning up our trees and clearing away the debris. Romero sent out a 3 man team and they worked diligently until the job was done. The estimate ended up being exactly what we paid. They missed one spot, but we forgot to check when we walked the yard with them at the end. Also they did cut some of the light strings we had strung up in two of the trees, but no bid deal. Well worth the money, we'd hire them again.

THEY CONTINUED TO SAY THEY WOULD SHOW UP BUT NEVER DID

Very well except the crew broke off one of my sprinkler heads. Romero would have repaired it, but my very kind neighbor beat him to the punch.

He was very responsive and gave a detailed bid for all work except the sprinkler system repair. He arrived to do the work when he said he would. The first day was getting ready for the sod and repairing the sprinkler system. The next day they put down the sod and cleaned the yard up. I confess that I was a little worried about the cost of the sprinkler system repair as two people spent about 5 hours working on it. However, the cost was fair and reasonable.
I am impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of Paulino. I would, and already have recommended him.

The whole area was completely covered with leaf and pine tree debris. It was a real mess. Romero Landscaping did an excellent job in removing all of it. His crew worked hard and left the property in great shape. We are just very pleased with the punctuality and quality of the work done and have recommended the company to several neighbors who have complimented us on how clean our property looks. Romero's pricing is very fair, but more importantly, the work product is always excellent.

I called and scheduled an appointment to discuss the work I needed completed, but they never showed up at the scheduled time nor called to reschedule/cancel.

Called and talked for a minute. Left all my contact information and gave info as to what I would like done. He said he would call me the next day to set up a time to come out. Never called, never came.


Update: He got back to me a week or so later and came out to do the quote when he said he would. Said approx turn around time would be a week or 2. I will probably be going with someone else, but I changed the rating since he did eventually come out. His quote was double that of my other quotes. I gave him the same info I gave everyone else and he still was twice as expensive. Tried to sell me 5 valve sprinkler system even though I am positive I can get everything done in 2.

He came 3 days before he was scheduled, did a great job and cleaned up the area great. We are very happy with the results.
