Jeff and Jordan did an excellent job. Kept us well informed. Worked fast and efficiently. Cleaned up after themselves and completed the tub to shower replacement to our complete satisfaction.

Chris and Tim were amazing!!! They showed up on time and ensured my house was protected while remodeling my bathroom (took out a bathtub and put in a shower). I could tell they take pride in the quality of their work. They were super friendly and communicated with me constantly to make sure my expectations were met. Kyle and Edwin did an awesome job. They kept us informed throughout the project, and they were great to talk and interact with. They cleaned up afterward, and you wouldnâ t even know they had been here, except for the new shower.

To begin the process, we made a phone call to West Shore Home for a representative to come to our home and give us a quote. Our Sales representative, Matthew Chaffee, was businesslike, efficient, and courteous. Everything Matthew explained actually happened during the two-day removal and installation of our old tub and two showers. Our installers (we had three crews due to the size and scope of the project), Blake, Johnny, Ashton, Coltrin, Colton, Max, Tim, and Edwin were all incredible to work with. They all knew exactly what needed to be done to make it happen even though the demolition of our basement shower was more than we all anticipated! They all listened to our concerns and were very responsive and had answers to every question when adjustments had to be made. Once the installation was complete, they all took extra time to clean up and make sure we were happy with the process and if there was anything extra that needed to be done. Thanks for the great experience with your company! We've already recommended West Shore Home to friends and family who think our new tub and showers are beautiful!

Design consultant Brian Laird was very personable and explained every aspect of the tub-to-shower conversion in an easy-to-understand manner. He answered all our questions thoroughly. Installers Colton S. and Coltrin arrived at the scheduled time and were very professional as they worked. They were very careful of our property and made sure everything cleaned before leaving. The job was finished in about 8 hours. The completed project is beautiful. I would recommend this company.

Exercised and performed excellent workmanship in a timely manner. It turned out wonderful. Absolutely beautiful shower exceeded my expectation.

The guys were awesome from the guy who made 1st contact; The salesman, to the crew members/ installers (John M. & Coltrin D.) and inspectors. They even took care to protect my flooring from my driveway, through the house and back out! I appreciated the extra care and consideration since it snowed almost the entire time they were here.!

Jeff Elias & Cody were AMAZING! They had our shower remodel done in 1 day. These guys never stopped working until the project was finished. Excellent installation. You can see that Jeff & Cody take pride in their work. They made sure we were satisfied with everything. Even my dog liked them!

The guys who came to work on our house (Jeff Elias and Cody Wood) were on time and worked very quickly to ensure our project was done in just over 1 working day. The quality is great. My wife and I are so pleased with our new tub and shower.
