Edwin E, Mark, Kyle, Tai, and Coltrin installed our new tub and shower. They went above and beyond when they ran into a couple of issues. They were punctual, very respectful, and did top notch high quality work. They even tried to make friends with our little yappy dog! We love our new tub and shower!

If I could give Westshore homes and their installers, 10 stars, I would! From start to finish, they were very professional. Let me know what was going on cleaned up after themselves and half the time I didn't even remember that they were here. Chris D, and Cody K were awesome. We live in a 1924 home that was flipped after the owners that had lived there for 20 plus years moved out, and we weren't sure what we were going to find! we have lived in the home for three years, and the projects we have undertaken have always had an issue. Westshore takes everything to the studs, and we found some amazing (to me) things such as an original window that had been been covered up and had ivy vines (dead now) that had grown up and through them. The house was is brick, but has had siding put on. We were not even aware that there had been a window. The bathroom floor under the tub was not level. The plumbing was wonky including having the hot and cold switched. They had to level the floor after putting the new subfloor on several inches on one side so the shower floor would be level. Again, everything was done with the highest professionalism. They called us over to inspect many times, and made sure we were happy with how things were going. I would definitely use Westshore again if the need arises. The warranty is definitely a plus.

It was a good experience all round . From the friendly representative Travis that set everything up to the actual workmen Chris and Cody. They have quality workmanship and are very pleasant and friendly. They answered all questions and were very informative. They seemed truly concerned that we were satisfied. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a walk in shower installed.

Scott and Cody were excellent installers. They found a defect in some of the product and rejected it and got replacement parts within the hour and were able to complete the project on time. They also discovered a plumbing problem in the existing conversion they were doing and checked the other existing bathrooms in the house to make sure the same mistake wasnâ t made in those bathroomsâ ¦

They removed old tub, step and shelving. They had a lot of demolition work but they were very careful to keep the mess contained and clean it up when done. They were on time and kept me informed of what was being done. Colton S. and Evan were very professional and pleasant to work with and have in my home.

The installers, Edwin, Tim and the crew were professional in their approach all three days. They installed an oversized shower, one-off, two Kaui shower fixtures, and a bathtub. The product they installed and completed work was performed with the utmost expertise, and the final project was beyond our expectations, and we was beyond satisfied with the results. I recommend WestShoreHomes to anyone wanting and/or planning on a bathroom remodel. Their product far surpasses any other product we researched, having the look of marble without the price of such a beautiful stone is in my opinion worth the money I spent. I was so impressed with their professionalism, expert knowledge and wisdom of installing their product I hired them three times to remodel three of my bathrooms. I am unequivocally satisfied with each of the outcomes. Everyone from the initial sales person, Sarah to the installers Edwin and Tim and their crew were a first class act, I highly recommend them for hire to complete your next bathroom remodeling project. Preston and Renan were exceptional. From their arrival until their departure they were very professional, courteous,friendly and informative. They explained everything very well and left the area cleaner than when they began. Highly recommend this product, company, and above all the employees. Very impressive.

West Shore Home is a little pricey but the finished product was really nice. Kyle, our installer, was punctual, professional and very respectful of our property. He kept me informed of his progress. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that works with West Shore Home.

From the initial estimate process, to a week later installed. The tub replacement, surround, fixtures, the stripping down/demo to bear studs by Two of the best Kyle and Jeff! Thank you! For an awesome looking bathtub and surround! You guys are great. From your prompt arrival, skill and expertise in all that you did!! From the demo, to the rebuild and to the clean up. Thank you! (By the way guys you left it cleaner than what it was when you got here on time!!….thanks again…You Two and West Shore Homes, the office staff was always kind helpful and knowledgeable when we had to ask questions and always had the information we needed to answer those questions. The whole experience from meeting with the Designer to the work crew was truly an awesome experience.
