Kimball and Freddy were the two guys who installed our new walk in shower. They were awesome. Friendly and fun. Very clean and respectful of property as they completed their project and very professional in their knowledge and respect for us. These two work so well together. They explained everything in detail from start to finish. We absolutely love our new shower. I would also like to say a few words for our design consultant, Yahvel Murphy. She was so friendly and cute with us. She also went through everything in detail whether we hired them or not. So respectfull of our desires and wishes. She is awesome to work with and followed up more than once. Canâ t wait to get our other bathroom done.

West Shore Home employees Evan and Nathan were both very professional and put in a new shower that is beautiful! The old tile shower was leaking water and starting to show evidence of mold and mildew spread. They explained what was going to happen to get the old shower out and then what they were going to do to get the new shower in. I love it and they both worked really hard the whole time to make a new shower that would not leak!!

I have wanted a shower conversion for a long time and Iâ ve seen many ads on TV. I finally broke down and called Westshore. Angelique came to the house to explain the process and give me a bid. She was wonderful, not pushy at all and very knowledgeable. I decided to bite the bullet and do the remodel. , I have had bad experiences in the past with jobs being done at my house. The communication with Westshore was absolutely amazing. I had Chris, Darius, and Kyle do the install of my new shower. They kept me informed as the day went by. Of course there were a few hiccups , but they were absolutely amazing at making things work. I am extremely satisfied with West shore, and would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

We hired West Shore Home to remodel our tub/shower that was falling apart. Kimball and Frey did a beautiful job installing the new shower. They were incredibly professional and took great care of our home. I recommend West Shore Home for a bathroom remodel.

Kimball and Nathan went above and beyond when they installed my new shower! They kept my house clean and kindly tolerated my very loud dog, who barked at them when they came inside. During the install, there was a bit of surprise with how far beneath the ground the P trap was; they called in a master plumber and were able to replace it with a new one. Even though it added extra time and labor to the install, they didn't rush or get sloppy near the end of the day. They were able to finish the entire install in one day. I'm so happy with how the whole project turned out. Thank you Kimball and Nathan!

The installers Kimball and Fredy were very professional, courteous and attentive to details. They kept us informed throughout the process and encouraged us to feel free to look at the progress. Our sales manager and representative Vincent Sharp Araceli were awesome during our consultation. Thank you Araceli for going to the Nursing Home afterwards to discuss this with my mother. My mother (78y.o) was very ill and wanted to be home for recovery but was unable to get into her deep tub. My mothers eye lit up brightly when she saw the finished product, saying . I love it and thank you so very much . Mom enjoyed her shower today.

Kimball, Freddy, and Kyle were very professional and courteous. Very thoughtful in their actions. Did a great job on our hallway bathroom shower and master shower!

Kimball and Fredy were great to work with installing our new walk-in shower. Evan helped walk us through the initial process to fit a shower for our 6'8" son. Kimball and Fredy were great about making sure we understood the process along the way. Clean up was great and we absolutely love the finished product. (This is the 2nd bathroom we had done because we loved their work and the lifetime warranty.)

Kyle was our installer, he did a great job considering the issues that arose. He was proficient, clean, and detailed in his work. Kyle was cordial and concerned about our satisfaction. Annamarie was our salesperson, she was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us make our decisions. The shower door we wanted was not installed at the time of completion, we are still waiting. A different door was installed until the one we wanted arrives.

Installers Kyle, Evan, Shelby were the best. Very efficient, polite and enjoyable to have in our home for the day. They were careful and respectful and fun to be around Our sales rep, was Yahvel was terrific as well. Very informative and answered all our questions and did a great job demonstrating the product. From the person that come out from West shore homes to take the application and explain the process to the installers Evan and Kimball my experience was amazing. I was kept in the loop at every turn. Where they thought they might have an issue they showed me what it might be and how they would take care of it, showed me the plumbing things they ran into and just did a beautiful and professional perfect job! I am well pleased..𠤩
