An edit to a previous edit, I had an issue with a tech who came to tune up my furnace lied about me needing a new one which totally put a bad taste in my mouth, i had used this company before for a plumbing job (the review below) so I changed my review here because of what happened with my furnace and the owner of the company personally contacted me to rectify the situation, I won't say exactly what he is offering (don't want to risk anyone trying to take advantage of his kindness) but WOW! He is really kind and I can see he really cares about his customers and their experience with his company, I'm really impressed, I've never been personally contacted by the owner before of any company. I'm glad to see the one employee (who is no longer there) wasn't a reflection of the company as a whole. Randy came and installed the waterline for my fridge and he was so great! Very kind, arrived towards the beginning of the arrival window, and did a great job! He is very nice to work with and I will definitely request him specifically to do future work I may need done, I'm sure everyone who works for this company is fantastic, Randy was just so great to work with and his positive attitude so infectious so I'm happy to give him the work. I'd also like to add he was sweet enough to give me some advice and ideas on what to do with my basement, I'm a new homeowner and still trying to figure out what to do with everything and he gave me great ideas, I'm so so appreciative of him.

These guys are the ONLY HVAC guys you need! Shoutout to Randy! They are absolutely amazing. We put in a request through the Thumbtack app, and Upfront Plumbing literally contacted us within 10 minutes. They came out two days later (would've been sooner! but had to work with my schedule). Another company had come and gave us very different, MUCH more expensive solutions. But Randy came, quickly diagnosed, came up with a clever solution for our wonky DIY-gone-wrong house. He was able to do the job RIGHT AWAY, and finished in 2 hours. He quoted us at the beginning, and the price was EXACYLY that at the end. Cheaper than everyone else, higher quality, knowledable technicians. Fast, professional, reliable. Upfront truly is... upfront. We've found our go-to HVAC company.
