Randy was professional and courteous in quoting and installing a new tankless water heater and water softener. He immediately saw that our old tanked water heater was leaking and needed replaced. He also caught a leak on our main water line and brought in a crew to get a new line put in same day. Thank you, Randy!!

Tried the "$43 or it's free guy" and after he couldn't successfully clear the drain, he told me I'd need a plumber (I thought you were a plumber, no, I'm a drain tech) my "Spidey Senses" started tingling so I went to Home Advisor". I talked with Randy of Mission Plumbing, he said it sounded like a vent pipe problem, we made an appointment and Chris showed up five or ten minutes early the next morning. After snaking the vent pipe from the roof to no avail, he went to work on the pipe from under the sink and from the clean out where he found not one, not two, not even three, but four, that's right FOUR separate clogs that the "$43 or it's free" guy totally missed (somehow I don't think he really snaked the drain all the way to the main stack). Chris also spotted a belly in the pipe that he quickly repaired. Two hours later the drain is running like a champ and the cost; $250 which was exactly what Randy quoted in our phone call. And, unlike the other guy, Chris didn't borrow any of MY tools and he didn't try to sell me a $10,000 whole house re-pipe. We've got a plumber I feel we can trust and will definitely use again in the future
