I’m appalled at how this clinic has treated our dog since he was a puppy. The first red flag was when Dr McDonald told me I should not feed a fresh raw diet but kibble instead. Really?! She grossly over medicated my dog for a small skin wound when I told her not to. She lied to me about the side effects of PROHEART preaching it’s safety after I specifically told her my dog was very sensitive to heartworm preventatives and sure enough he had a very bad reaction and even a seizure (sadly they will probably continue for several months now)! The FDA requires a consent form be given to the owner which she did not do and was not honest about the risks when I clearly wanted to know. Even the manufacturer of Proheart believes his seizure was due to Proheart but the clinic keeps saying it probably wasn’t. Bloodwork also came back perfect. DO NOT GIVE YOUR DOGS THIS DANGEROUS DRUG!!!!!!! The most disgusting part of it all was that she didn’t even bother to call me back and discuss what was going on. This clinic treats your dog like it’s just next in the assembly line- without any regard to their individual needs or health. Do NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I’ll never forgive myself for trusting Dr MacDonald.

We have a new puppy, and they are very proactive about all the things that need to happen with her health. They are very caring and accommodating.

They're fantastic.  We've had four pets put down in the last three months, they're all just very old. It just come to that point and I've never been to a place like that where they would be there with you when all this is going on and they had tears in their eyes along with you.

I took my dog in for a spay in August. Dr Edmonds didn't do it, but I was not made aware at the time that it would be another vet. She went into heat in November. After an expensive workup for a possible urinary tract infection, I suggested that they had missed some ovarian tissue. Dr. Edmonds said that wasn't the case, even though there were clear symptoms of estrus at that point, and ran a hormone test at my expense, although he did refund that cost when the test showed that my dog still had an ovary. A secretary called to give me the results. He offered to redo the surgery, but I opted to do it elsewhere so that it could be laparoscopic (less pain for my dog), even though it was more expensive. There was never any apology or offer of refund.

Abcess went away and my cat was back to normal.

My cat was treated promptly and the service was gracious as it alwys is. They are the most compassionate veterinarian practice I have ever worked with. My pets have been clients for 12 years.

Nothing to tell. Great from beginning to end.

First they informed me they have a new address. The office just recently relocated. Still easy to find. We are from out of state. The office staff was very informative and helpful in obtaining the previous medical records on our dog. I will be using this office for my other dog too.

This company has always been quick to respond to me if I ever needed anything. The people here are very personable and the service that they provide is quality trustworthy service.
