It was a GREAT experience! From the initial sales call to the follow up demonstration to the actual install, this company went all out to ensure that I had great customer service as well as a great product for a great price. I was also impressed with how willing the Quality Manager has been to assist me with doing things like rebates with the Electric and Gas companies. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and actually have already done so. My windows are beautiful and they are doing exactly what I was told they would do. I am confident it is one of the best investments I have made in my home since purchasing it 11 years ago.

This company was fantastic from the first contact through completion. At every stage they were precise and accurate and we were informed of exactly what we could expect, how much it would cost, and how long would it take. The window product quality is phenomenal, and the quality of service was also excellent. We were actually most impressed with the installers. We've had a LOT of experience with contractors and sub-contractors so we had built-in some lee-way for our level of expectation. I am very pleased to say that they were the BEST contractors we have ever worked with, in terms of quality, professionalism, courtesy, etc. They get an A+ from us in every area. They called to let us know they were ahead of schedule and asked if we would like them to start a day early. The project was more complex than they had anticipated because they were removing old windows and we have shutters, so they had to be really careful and it took them longer to do it right - which they did. The weather the day they started was HOT, but by the 2nd day it rained on them the rest of our job - I mean DOWNPOUR. They worked right on through it and didn't mess up our house, even with all the water. I was so happy with them I asked if they did other work in addition to windows and they told me no. When I asked why, they said that they love what they do, and they do it right so they don't do anything else on the side. I would recommend this company, their product, and their installers to everyone - without hesitation. We love our new windows and are 100% happy.

They measured our windows precisely and the installers were very kind and easy to work with. They covered the areas below the windows with tarps and vacuumed afterwards. They hauled away our old windows and I think they will be used with a humanitarian project. The installers were amazingly quick and the windows look beautiful from the inside and out. We live on a very quiet block but have still noticed it’s a little quieter with the new windows. The BEST part about the new windows is the effect of the temperature from outside. With our OLD windows, the upstairs bedrooms would get quite hot in the summer thus using more air conditioning and then in the winter months those same rooms would be so cold. Now with the NEW windows the room temperature stays the same as the rest of the house and those bedrooms are very pleasant to be in and we’ve noticed a difference in our utility bills already. The only hiccup was waiting for an inside trim on three specialty windows but that was professionally taken care of in a timely manner. We can’t wait to finish our home next summer and look forward to working with Energy One Windows again. Thank you so much!

My husband and I were not looking to replace our windows. back in June we were approached by Energy One at our home. In looking at the material presented to us on the windows we decided to look into it. We scheduled an appointment to learn more about the energy efficient windows they were marketing. We met with Matt, he did a quick measure of all our windows and presented us with all information on the windows along with the install cost. Matt was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the new windows. We then sent up an appointment for the accurate measure and install. Working with Energy One was most pleasurable. The installers (Jake and Jeremy) were very professional, quick and efficient, thanks guys. Love my new windows, thanks Matt and Jonathan also for the exceptional service.

It went very well. We were very happy with the results. They did a very nice job. It was good quality workmanship. I would definitely recommend them.

We knew we needed windows and had been shopping around various locations to see which would be the most cost effective for us. We scheduled an appointment with a window company and had their sales guy stop by (15 minutes late) to sell us some which ended up being more of a "getting to know you" session and him asking us "Why am I here tonight" 90 minutes later, he final left and we wished we would have done anything else rather than listen to that poorly drawn out sales pitch. A few days later one of Energy One's promoters stop by our home with a flyer and setup an appointment. By now we were thinking anything could be better than what we had just heard early that week. Jonathan (Regional Manager) stopped in for a visit to tell us about the company and product. He was prompt, direct, and personable. Within 30 minutes he had covered his sales pitch and we were measuring our windows to get an idea of the cost. After we finished and he provided us with an estimate, Jonathan stepped outside to let us debate on if we do it right then and there or wait a couple of days. We decided within 5 minutes of him stepping out, not much time I know, but if felt right. The window quality was much better than the other we had seen, plus they were triple pane. The next day I received a call from Jacob, the Site Manager I believe who gave me the details on what was next and said that I'd be contacted by the installers to get the exact measurements to send off to have our windows made. I was contacted by Phil (PhilCo Installation). He was very nice and down to earth. Setup an appointment and stopped by the following week with Steve. They were quick and very detailed. He even helped me get some ideas for my front and back doors. They sent the order in and contacted me a few weeks later to setup an install date. On the day of install, Phil and Steve showed up promptly and went about removing and installing one window at a time. They were very quick and tidy around the window. Cleaning up the area before moving on to the next. After they were all installed, they asked that I inspect each before signing off on the job. I only found two issues: 1. Basement window that they had forgotten to caulk the inside. It was a minor oversight because Phil had been focused on seal and look on the outside of the window. Only took him a minute to fix it up. 2. There was a black inclusion within the panes of glass in one of the upstairs windows. Phil put that on order to have it replaced immediately. They finished up by giving me all the information for energy discounts and how to take care of all that fun stuff with the rebates. As Phil and Steve were on their way out Jonathan showed up to personally inspect the install. He was very thorough, even more than I was, which impressed me. He was asking me about the experience and if there was anything else he could do for us, reassuring us about the replacement window being a quick fix. He then finalized the install with a couple signatures and said that he'd check in on us to see how things are going with the windows, our cost savings, etc. Overall, it was a very professional and friendly experience. We love the windows and would recommend them to anyone. It's funny, now I have to spray down the house so that it can look semi-good against the windows...

We needed all new windows for our house as our existing windows were an eye-sore due to condensation, and we could also feel a draft in each of our old windows. Our energy bills were higher than our friends and family with comparable sized houses. Our sliding patio door also suffered from drafts, and required “muscle” to open and close. We wanted new windows that would improve the appearance of our home, and we wanted to reduce our energy bills. Also, to increase the value of our home. We met with the Energy One representatives and their windows seemed superior to other windows that we evaluated. They promised that their windows would feel very close to room temperature even if it was hot or cold outside. Our existing windows either felt hot or cold depending on the outside temperature. I was a bit skeptical on the feel of window temperature claim, but we decided to go with Energy One. Within a week our windows were measured, and the person who measured our windows was one of the installers. He had a lot of experience and offered insights. I chatted with him as he took the measurements, and I was embarrassed at the state of my windows. Energy One kept in good contact with me, and we arranged an installation date. The installers were professional, courteous, and were very good at installing our windows. Our windows did not all come out willingly but they installed all of our windows and sliding door in a single day as promised. The windows look great, and are easy to open and close. We still look at our house and cannot help to smile at how much better they look than our old windows. The morning after the install, the temperature dropped to 30 degrees. While not near the cold temps in the winter, we noticed that our basement felt warmer. We are approaching the summer and the temps are increasing, and our house is also noticeably cooler. I was skeptical whether I could feel my windows and the windows would feel close to room temperature. Our old windows in the summer were very hot to the touch during the day. Now during the day, our windows are almost cool. Another aspect due to the triple-paned windows is that it is much quieter in our house. I do not usually post reviews but this was an investment for us. Everything that was promised to us by Energy One was delivered. Energy One kept in good contact with us (not too much), and was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. A very positive experience and significant upgrade to our house.

The whole experience with Energy One was first class. It all started with the presentation and ended with some of the best installers that you could ever ask for. The installers (Phil and Scott) were right on time and worked throughout the entire day to make sure the job was completed in 1 day as promised. They even went above and beyond in adding some extra little tasks to make us even more impressed. We are almost 30 days into our new windows and feel that the investment was well worth it. It has greatly improved the overall appearance of our home. We would highly reccommend Energy One.

it went very smooth with no problems the windows look great,and function great, sense we had the windows installed we have really notest that the windows have made a big different we have not had to use the a/c as often the house has stayed allot cooler and when they are all shut it is quiet, the old windows we could hear every little thing it was great to work with Energy One ,all aspects of the experience was great ,

The service was wonderful the service providers were really nice and they did a great job.

The installation was amazing, we went to work in the morning with old worn out windows and came home with brand new beautiful windows! The installers even cleaned up after themselves...what a great experience.
