 + -1 moreWe never knew when Trugreen would be coming over. The first application was great, but subsequent applications were very poor. They also were contacting us at least one to two times per week to get sales for other services we did not want or need.

 + -1 moreThe company mischarged me. They only did part of my lawn. Their customer service was not good. They were unprofessional when I talked to them about it. They lied about fixing the cost because instead just did not do part of my lawn.

 + -1 moreI scheduled an appointment with them and they came earlier. They weren't supposed to. Overall, they didn't complete the job. Called them back to complete the job. They still never showed up and no calls or anything for curtosy. They came one day earlier unscheduled.
