I would say that they did a satisfactory job. They did the job that was asked of them and in a timely manner. I will use this company again for lawn treatment and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I have already recommended this company to friends. The pest control has gone down since we've started using them. Our lawn is very green and not very many weeds anymore. They are always on time. They cost a little more, but they do a good job.

The punctuality was excellent. I feel that they do have fair prices. One Issue that I had was They came out to kill the clover but it didn't work so they had to come back and I had to ask them three different times.

I FEEL THAT THE JOB THAT THEY DO DOES NOT WORK VERY WELL. I STILL HAVE A LOT OF GRASS AND WEEDS THAT GROWS AND WE STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY NUMEROUS TIMES.

We had them before as our lawn service and switched to another company because we were not satisfied. That company went out of business so now we're back with them. They have not done a full five treatments yet this season but so far we are happy.

About a week before they came out to work on my yard, they sent out a reminder flyer. When they came to work on the yard, they put flags pin pointing where they were going to be working. They did a very nice job.

I feel that they charge too much for the limited service they are providing. They quoted me one price and then charged another when they came to the house to do the work. They call all the time in the spring to schedule additional appointments.

The workers were very courteous. They have a schedule that they keep so that I don't have to worry about them coming out. They gave me suggestions on how to take care of my lawn. The price was fair because they didn't do allot. The company is professional

THEY DID NOT DO WHAT WE WERE TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH. WE EXPECTED THAT IT WOULD TAKE OFF SOME OF THE WEEDS IN OUR LAWN AND IT DIDN'T. SOMETIMES THEY WOULD APPLY DURING THE RAIN.

They were always on time. They did a good job. If something was not done to my satisfaction, they would come back out and fix it. I never have a problem that they can't handle.

The company mischarged me. They only did part of my lawn. Their customer service was not good. They were unprofessional when I talked to them about it. They lied about fixing the cost because instead just did not do part of my lawn.

We have had a few problems with this company with billing. And we asked them to notify us when they come to spray and they didn't they, just show up.

We never knew when Trugreen would be coming over. The first application was great, but subsequent applications were very poor. They also were contacting us at least one to two times per week to get sales for other services we did not want or need.

I scheduled an appointment with them and they came earlier. They weren't supposed to. Overall, they didn't complete the job. Called them back to complete the job. They still never showed up and no calls or anything for curtosy. They came one day earlier unscheduled.

They do an average job. I have a fence and when they hear the dog bark they do not come inside, even though they know they can because the dog is a house dog. The prices are fair and that is why I keep with them.
