+ -1 moreWe have had some issues with TruGreen. They have been honest with us and we have been pleased with the results, except for one issue. They did kill our bushes, but did replace the cost of the bushes. However, that did not make them grow back.

+ -1 moreI love the fact that they are completely carefree and hassle free. There was no effort on my part at all. I really like that about them. Also they only charge $30 every two weeks. I feel that they are the best around.

+ -1 moreThe company mischarged me. They only did part of my lawn. Their customer service was not good. They were unprofessional when I talked to them about it. They lied about fixing the cost because instead just did not do part of my lawn.

+ -1 moreI feel that they charge too much for the limited service they are providing. They quoted me one price and then charged another when they came to the house to do the work. They call all the time in the spring to schedule additional appointments.
