The Lawn General

I hired Joey after receiving an ad in the mail. He gave me a bid on two different properties. After accepting these jobs he received other new jobs, which pushed my preferred mowing day to one which was not preferred. He then had a family emergency, and there were weeks in which he was not able to mow. I understood in the beginning. He stated that he had 27 lawns to mow, and he spent approximately 17 minutes at my first property, He did major damage to my downspout and the side of my house. This resulted in damaged siding and cement, I asked him about it, but he denied it and said it had been done by someone else but there could not have been anyone else. this was the beginning of the season, Property #2 was destroyed by a large riding mower. He broke up large areas of cement curbing. This was all picked up by my security camera, but he denied this as well. I also signed up for fertilizer. It was done only at the beginning of the season. He stated that he applied at the end of the season, but my camera did not pick this one up. I still paid. He also instructed his wife t call me in the middle of the season because it was not working out. She demanded full payment on the same day. So, if you want a guy with an explosive temper, one who constantly needs to be right, and provides excuses for his behavior through accusing his wife of being involved with Witchcraft, he is your guy! Good luck Joey, Year #1 was a difficult one .
