I Have just had painted our house in Murray UT on by SwiftHand painting .Can I just say say how I received a first class service from them, starting with the initial phone call to the guy in the office. They came out the same day to view the job, painter told me exactly what the problem was and how we could rectify this. When I told him I wanted to go ahead he kept us up to date when job would be completed weather permitting of cause. We have used SwiftHand painting 4 times now and they have never disappointed us. Other painting company had either let us down or were hesitant to do the work that was required. It was very frustrating. SwiftHand painting were round the same day of phoening them, diagnosed the work required and the two jobs we wanted doing were completed within a week. Very pleased with the work done by SwiftHand painting to painted our kitchen. After being let down by another local firm it was a pleasure to deal with someone who came out promptly to give an estimate, arrived when they said they would, completed the work to a good standard and clean up properly after themselves. Recommended.

This company was good to work with until they made a mistake. Swift Hand Painting painted our trim and baseboards without prepping any of them. They did not fill holes, cover scuffs, or caulk. On top of not prepping before paint they did not prime the raw wood but just painted over it, so now it has a rough texture and will need to be sanded down and primed. They also painted our interior doors and left command hooks on them and just decided to paint over them. After communicating these mistakes to the owners they became very defensive and said it was not a part of their contract to prep. Soon they figured out that indeed it said on their contract that prep was included and they screwed up. Instead of owning it and fixing it they offered me to fix all the mistakes and take some money off the final price. I told them that they should fix the mistakes or we can part ways. Management chose to part ways instead of owning up and fixing their mistakes. Like I said the company was great to work with until they made a mistake. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company because if they make mistakes it is pulling teeth to get them to fix it. Horrible experience!!

SwiftHand came in quickly and provided a reasonable estimate the same day. They are very responsive and easy to work with. The Man that did the was professional, cleaned up after himself daily and did a great job. We will used SwiftHand Painting for future projects.
