Gabe showed up right on time (even a little early). He was incredibly friendly and nice and I felt completely at ease with him in our home. He worked hard and explained what he was doing, which I liked. Our carpets look much better and our house doesn't smell like cats anymore!

They were great to work with. On time, quick, and thorough. Gave good advice but weren't pushy at all. I had my basement carpet cleaned and scotchgarded (900 sq ft). I also had two linen chaise lounge chairs cleaned that were pretty dirty. I would highly recommend them. A nice family business.

It could not have gone better! Fred Scott worked and worked with the sofa, which had not been cleaned since purchased 10 years earlier. I think he was fussier than even I would have been, and it turned out beautifully. He also did a wonderful job on the wool carpet, making it look like new again. Do not hesitate to call this company for your carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning.

Mr. Scott arrived right on time. He was professional, pleasant and did an excellent job. Given the areas cleaned, he even charged less than originally quoted on the telephone. He did not need to reduce the amount. However, he volunteered because the areas were smaller than he had planned.

Pretty good company. Scott's son did the cleaning. Very nice young man. Did an excellent job. We've live in seven states and this company has done the best job of any company we have hired in all locations. Will use them again.

Chris and Nate arrived on time. They were very thorough in everything they did. They listened to our questions, and were a pleasure to work with. They are hard workers and efficient workers. The carpets and couches look wonderful. We've lived here for 35 years, and this is our third carpet. Far and away, Scott's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning did the most thorough job we've ever had. Everything they did looks absolutely beautiful. I definitely will use them again, and I've already recommended them to friends.

I phoned on Monday and they were able to clean our carpet on Tuesday. The owner's sons arrived right on time. They were friendly and efficient. There was no pressure to add Scotchguard to the original cleaning service. When asked about the benefit Chris had a little demonstration on how effective it could be.  All questions were answered, they were able to get out some tough stains, and they set up our fans for faster drying.

Carpets looked great, but I noticed there was still an area that was stained.  Called Fred and he came back and worked on it again until it all came out.
Very responsive and friendly guy.  I'd recommend.

The crew of 2 arrived on time, were friendly and listed to my concerns about some of the dogs pee smells in 2 areas and a couple of stains I couldn't get out.    The carpets came out great and there's no smell now of any dog pee in the areas I pointed out to them.   After they left there was a little damp smell in the basement only for about two days, however, this could have been avoided if I had listened to them and kept the windows open more to air it out.  When I called initially about the day after they came about the dampness smell concern Fred Scott was nice and explained how basements don't have much air movement and it would go away but to try and leave the windows open to air it out.    
On an additional positive note, the theater room has zero windows and horrible airflow, yet this part of the basement never smelt damp at all which tells me they focused even more to ensure all the water was removed.
I'm very happy with the outcome and the service was amazing.   Highly recommend Scotts.

The two workers arrived 5 minutes early to our house. They immediately got to work on our 3 pieces and spent a good two hours cleaning them. Now that the furniture is dry, I can say that I am extremely impressed with how well they cleaned our pieces. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again in the future. Moreover, the workers were extremely polite, helpful, and clean cut.

They arrived on time, got right to work, cleaned the couch beautifully and left me with some spotter solution. They were very professional and honest. They did a great job and were very efficient. The couch looks like new again. They knew a lot about fabrics. I would definitely use this company again.
