Beware of flat rate charges. $411.00 for 20 minutes of work to clear a hair clogged drain. They won't tell you this until they show up. If you refuse, it will still cost you $50.00. Unethical business practices.

They were great.

They replaced our leaking water line from the street to the house. It was a difficult task because of our rocky soil but they got us back up and running within less than 7 hours. Good clean up and pleasant to work with.

They replaced the mechanism inside the toilet, but when I tested it (at my request when they were almost out the door) I flushed and the handle flew all the way around the the flush went wild. They had to repair so the handle wouldn't cause a wild swing. The handle on the Toto toilet was about half the size and not nearly as 'attractive', but was told, as they removed the Toto handle from their pocket, that they couldn't replace it and that the smaller one was all they could provide. (I accepted this but felt the price they charged was out of line.) And who dare argue with a plumber?? The shower, brand new, also cost too much, but the leaking did stop.

they showed up didn't give me estimate just said the line needed to be blead to get air out.Did nothing and after 3 hours said well that is the best I can do did not fix the problem then charged me 300.00 dollars.Icalled the techncian the next day he said he should have charged me 1500.00 dollars so I got a deal.Called customer service twice and they have not clled back because I would like to know what I paid for.They did not offer to repair or anything.Also I ask if I put some valves in that he said would make it easy to do he said it would cost me the same thing again.I would not recommend them to anyone.they are way over priced and did not do the job.

Great service, competitive pricing, enjoyed the experience in working with the rep.

The only issue of real concern is their failure to clean up the mess when the were finished. I also had them put in a second furnace and on both projects they left tools or supplies behind and a mess to clean up.

Excellent work, professional technician. Mike H explained whole process and what was wrong, he went above and beyond in compelling both jobs. They also built a beautiful walk in shower for me. Their price was the lowest bid I received and by far the best looking shower I have seen!
