Even though the site said they were closed on Saturday, I took a chance and called them. A great professional arrived not long after the call and let us know that if he could find a motor the next day (Sunday) in their warehouse he'd be out to fix our unit on Sunday! I was delighted to receive a phone call before noon that there was a motor and that our great professional was on his way to our house! Thank you Neerings and Steve for being here in our hours of distress!

I could have waited til tomorrow for Mark and his crew who had a $59 startup fee too. When you have done the work for 10 years you appreciate what happens when a swamp cooler is serviced in the summer and fall.

For the price I would have expected a much higher quality of work.

The installer arrived late. He was very competent. We discussed the install cost before commencing the work. It seemed high at first and I surmised it included travel time. He did very good work and I am pleased with what was done.

First time ever I needed a plumber in America, prices seemed a bit high, but I needed my drain cleared.

I was shocked at the price! We had the equipment. I just needed the labor to replace the faucet. They wanted $550 to do the work. They discounted it to $320. For a half hour job that price is still rediculous. We needed the job done so we paid it, the workmanship was fine but boy was this an unexpectedly expensive job. I would be very reluctant to hire this company again.
