2 other companies responded from homeadvisor.com. Both plumbers cut holes in my ceiling and said it would cost between $300 to $600 because of location of the leak. Their cost. Because of the tight space one suggestion was to walk saw 10 thick concrete in my storage room to make room. Really??? Or cut holes I m my tile or remove cabinets and countertops and cut holes in the floor to get to the leak. I asked that person to leave. Friendly Plumber comes out does a quick assessment. Fixes the issue in less than 30 minutes and charged us right around $150. The person who responded was professional knowledgeable and had great customer service. Also saving us money and more importantly resolved the problem.

I specifically told them to call me before snaking my sons washing machine drain. I live in Pittsburgh and my son is in Salt Lake City. (They said they couldnt tell me the cost prior to the tech arriving because they did not know how accessible the drain was. The drain was VERY accessible...first floor apartment right inside the back door.) They DID NOT call and charged my college-aged son $250 for 20 minutes max to snake the drain. Yes, $250 for 20 minutes of drain snaking. They should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of a kid. No surprise they didnt call me because they KNOW I would have said no to that price! Thieves. Would NOT RECOMMEND.

Loved that they text me to keep in touch and were flexible on appointment. Had some miscommunication with who to contact when the plumber was in route, so minor dings on the back and forth for this and payment setup. Would absolutely hire again.

Our Carbon Monoxide Alarm kept going off after installation. With 3 separate battery changes and it still went off I called their customer service and as dangerous as a Carbon Monoxide can me all they suggested was change the batteries again. I would have thought they would be right out with such a potential hazard possibility.

Our water main broke on home we donâ t live in, found friendly plumber through home adviser and looked up on bbb. They came the next morning, gave us a plan and quote and replaced the line the day after that. Not the cheapest but by no means expensive, quote was a little higher than final bill. And the job was done right, on time, and they were professional and clean.

The cost was more than I anticipated, but it's been awhile since I have had such services.

Communication was very poor. What they said they would do was never the case. When they said they would be there they weren t. The were almost double the cost of the others.

Friendly has the best professionals! Have used them 3 times and have been extremely satisfied with their work!

Friendly Plumbers arrived at my home within 2 hours of my emergency call. my hot water tank was leaking all over the laundry room floor. i asked Lance to replace it with a new one. he gave me an estimate of $2,653.00!!! that price was outrageous, but since it was Sunday morning, the company i have always dealt with was closed, and i had water all over the floor, i had no choice but to accept. Lance was quick, knowledgeable, purchased and and installed the new water heater, and explained everything to me EXCEPT why it cost $2,653!! and thats with my senior discount!! I KNOW I was totally ripped off and taken advantage of. The price was ridiculous, but they had me in a corner. I needed help immediately----they knew it----and used it!! the work was great; Lance only took a few hours, i have hot water , BUT I AM SOOOO FURIOUS ABOUT BEING PRICE-GOUGED that I dont care HOW great they are, I WILL NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN!!! A COMPLETE SWINDLE, and I am out $2,000. Next stop: the Better Business Bureau.
