Bob's Lock, Safe and Key

I am kind of surprised to see a lot of people praising the customer service and pricing. Both the guy I talked to on the phone and the guy I met in person (assuming they were different) weren't particularly kind. I may be naive because this is the first time I have ever had to pay for a car lockout but $125 for a old 2007 Grand Cherokee that took the guy not even 2 minutes to unlock when he only had to drive 15-20 minutes seems excessive.

Took an hour and a half to get here. They sent two technicians in two separate trucks. They took an hour to make a new key. The bill was $295 with no itemization at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Someone broke into our daughter's condo that she bought in SLC; the break-in occurred between the closing on the condo and her getting the keys! Fortunately, someone recommended [*** Link removed ***] Randy came out promptly and helped us identify all security vulnerabilities in my daughter's condo and then he re-keyed, changed locks, secured sliding doors, and made my daughter (and her Mom and Dad) feel more secure and safe! Randy was knowledgeable and an expert and honest. I would highly recommend!

We called because they were recommended by Angie's List and we were not disappointed. They showed up early, the technician was fast, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend them!

It cost $200 to $300 per door. They have been the best priced. The service has been good. I will continue to use them.

They moved a few things in front of my front door. They brought in the safe and installed it where I wanted it to go. Not a scratch on or in my home ANY WHERE nor a scratch on my safe! They put everything that was moved back into place. I will be using their service again. GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT PRICES!! Thanks I now have not only a Locksmith that I can count on I also have someone who can move my 900lb safe! Called late morning and by 2:30pm the safe was installed and all my things were put back into place. THANKS TO ONE GREAT COMPANY FOR GREAT WORK!! AWESOME to know who I will call in the future when I need any kind of lock or safe help. Again THANK YOU FOR HOLDING YOUR BUSSINESS IN SUCH HIGH STANARDS.

We just bought a new house that had been a foreclosure property and my
wife was feeling unsafe with the 2 entry doors and not knowing who had a
key for them.
I called Bobs and they sent a technician out quickly who was very
professional and knowledgeable. After walking through the house with him I
realized I need to change more than just the 2 locks, it ended up being 6
doors with deadbolts too, I was panicked to think what this might cost
me, the tech said he would take care of the locks and make sure my the
house was securely locked up. He not only changed all the locks for me
but made a few extra keys for me.  And when it came time for my bill I
was pleasantly surprised to see it was $40 cheaper than any of the other
companies we called.
