Jon is fantastic to work with. He came out the same day I called and walked our yard with me. Based upon his recommendations, we decided to remove one tree which had been damaged when it was young and replace it with a new redbud tree. We had our Japanese maple trimmed and our apple tree trimmed. The apple tree had been topped by the previous home owner, so Jon has recommended a multi-stage recovery to make it healthy again. In addition, he recommended two decorative evergreen trees for our backyard. Jon sent us a detailed bid which we accepted. He and his teammate came out and did all the work as planned within two weeks of the accepted bid. I am incredibly pleased with their attention to detail. The three new trees are doing very well. The trimmed trees look great. The team was very professional and removed all of the branches that were trimmed as well as the stump from the tree that was removed. It is clear that Jon knows trees and how to help them flourish.

I am a repeat customer, i'm picky about work done around my house. His crew was fast left the yard cleaner than when they got here. Their equipment was newer and clean which to me shows pride in their work.

I had Jon’s crew take down 2 trees and trim my shrubs Friday. They showed right on time and finished within just a few hours. They did a fabulous job cleaning up, even got rid of a small tree and some clippings we had cut down ourselves at no extra charge. They held to the bid as promised – no surprises. They’re the only tree sevice I’ll ever use again.

Everything about this job fro beginning to end was exceptional. The estimate visit was on time, I was able to communicate what I wanted and John was able to provide advice and answers to my questions. He followed up with me when his schedule opened up and his crew came at day and time promised. When I came home the tress looked wonderful and there was nothing lefty behind to indicate anyone had been here. I thought the price was very reasonable. Excellent experience, I will be contacting Arbor+ for additional work.

Absolutely top notch from initial consult with Jon to removal of the tree yesterday by Jon, Eric and the rest of the crew.  Jon was responsive to my initial request, provided a written cost-estimate as I asked for and communicated with me about timing for the job (I was out of town for a couple of weeks after our initial talk).  The team showed up promptly yesterday morning and were friendly, professional and did a first-class job.  I was hoping to come home from work early to watch some of the work but when I got home they were gone!!  My neighbor took a bunch of pictures and was amazed at how they did the job.

I would recommend Arbor + highly; you won't be disappointed.

Jon called me back within a day to set up a time to see our trees the SAME week I called him. He was extremely helpful & then wouldn't let me pay him for the things it would have taken me hours to figure out myself. One tree needs more mulch and another had too much (I didn't realize it was all white & moldy from being too wet).  He showed me how some of my trees should look and told me to move some rocks 2 feet back from 3 of our pines. 
Instructions say not to review price or quality if I didn't actually pay him but it will not allow me to place $0 in "cost".

Arbor+ was great to work with. They were prompt in coming out to provide a quote, quick to get the work scheduled, and showed up on-time. The work was done promptly, they cleaned up thoroughly and were very professional. Their prices were very reasonable compared to other bids I received. We would definitely use them again.

Jon (owner) came out to do an assessment. I had two other companies bid on the project and found Jon's price to be fair and in the middle. Hired him because he seemed very knowledgeable. On the day of the service, the workers showed up early and had the job completed in 2.5 hours and they were very efficient. I was also happy to see that they took care to clean up afterwards.

From free estimate to payment the owner and team were courteous and professional. Jon answered all of my questions regarding the work and some basic tree care, planting, and relocation of tree questions. They team came in, on-time, provided the services as promised and clean-up as they worked. Yard looked great when they were done. One small issue. Which is why I didn't give them and "A" in quality. When performing the stump grinding they obliterated a sprinkler line. Which we didn't catch and it flooded our basement. It would have been nice to have be given a warning that that was possible when doing during that kind of work. We would have check the area when they were done and could have avoided flooding and ruining of our basement carpet.

There was a little bit of mis -communication between the workers and the owner which required them coming back to finish the job.  The owner was very good about following up.

They were very professional and punctual.  We were very happy with the service.

It was a good experience.  Everything was picked up after they were finished.

Went well. There was quite a bit of residual wood chips left in/around the area of the chipper when they left. Maybe this is normal, I don't know. Regardless, it would have been nice to clean it up.

Fantastic, whould not have known they were there except all teh work was performed as promised.

I feel I got $199 worth of work but I don't feel it was worth $400.  I wouldn't pay full price.
