Maria's team did a good job of cleaning. She gave us a very reasonable estimate and stuck to it. She returned our phone calls promptly, and got our job scheduled in a timely manner. Place looked great!

I was quoted a price over the phone of $65-70. The 2 cleaners who came did a good job on what they did clean (they only spent 1.5 hours cleaning a 1500 sq ft home minus 2 rooms which they did not touch). However, when they were finished they asked me how it looked and was there anything else that needed to be done. After I inspected I noticed that all the pictures, shutters and other areas had not been dusted and they gladly completed the dusting. I was then charged $80 by the owner Maria (who did not come with the crew and all contact with her was done via text messaging), with the explaination "they had not been out for a while" (they had never cleaned my home before but did do a pre-move in on a rental last October). After they left I saw that they never opened any doors nor lifted anything up off the kitchen or bathroom counters and these areas where still dirty.

Maria's crew did a great job. She was very accommodating for us as I called that morning and she had a crew to our house by early afternoon on the same day. She returned my phone calls quickly and was very efficient to respond by text message as well. I would recommend their services again.

Great. We have used them twice and they have been great. Cleaning job was fast, yet top notch. Rambler first floor of 2300 sq ft 2 bath, bedroom, study, front room, kitchen/dining, family, and utility room was done by two people in 75 minutes. We have arranged to use this service on a regular basis. I only marked punctuality "fair" as even though they were prompt the first time, the 2nd time they were 45 minutes late from the agreed upon time. Not to worry, things happen so we didn't question them as to why; their quality of service way outweighs that issue.

We are new clients of Maria and have just moved to the area. Our house is brand new and Maria listened very carefully to how I wanted items cleaned. Also, we have a very big dog and she was especially accommodating of her. The crew were very thorough. Maria stayed throughout the whole first time cleaning. Also, we will have the same crew each time which makes it easier for me as I don't have to introduce a new crew to the house every time. We will be using her service again. Thanks, Maria.

Great service and communication. When Maria knew she would be a few minutes late she texted me to let me know. When the house was dirtier than expected and she needed extra time, she suggested options for getting the job done and executed excellently. The quality of the deep clean was fantastic.

Had high hopes after reading other reviews. I had two workers for two and a half hours. Language barrier was a huge problem. It's hard to tell someone what needs done, or ask questions, when they can't understand a word I'm saying. While they were here they did work hard. However, the quality of work was less than desirable for a deep clean. They even broke a wastebasket and didn't let us know. I was quoted, by Maria, $180 for a 3 bed, 2 bath home. I was charged $250. If you notice, they have a deal for 8 hours of work for $240. They may be good for small, basic jobs but I do not recommend for deep clean, certainly not at this price.

I can't say enough great things about Maria and her team. They showed up with smiles, supplies, and were ready to go. They were in and out quickly and all of the bathrooms smelled wonderful, were cleaner than they were when we moved in, and they even wiped my baseboards. Seriously, I am thrilled and am so happy to have her come again.

I had Maria and crew in a couple of weeks ago to do a deep cleaning of my apartment that was really in poor condition. I was pleased with their work, for the most part, but they broke some things and didn't bother to tell me about it. They just threw them away. I also paid them extra because they were going to take the trash that wouldn't fit in the garbage when they went. They left the trash outside my garage instead of taking it with them. I arranged for them to come back today at 9am on that day. Last night, Maria called me (as opposed to the text we agreed on) and told me that 9 wouldn't work. They had to come at 10. The cleaners showed up nearly a half hour late. If I hadn't needed the work done I'd have told them to just go. Neither of them spoke any English, and they completely ignored the instructions and requests I'd passed on to them. To add to it, they damaged an expensive cosplay I've been working on. I was too incensed to see if I can salvage the time and money I put into it, but I won't have someone who shows so little regard for my things cleaning for me.

This was the first real company that actually spoke to me and not just a text or worst NOTHING! Maria was more then responsive she was able to move her calendar around to fit our last minute emergency move out timeline. Now our daughters place will be ready for the new tenants. I contacted Maria for the $270 deep cleaning special and she was able to schedule me within a few days. She and her team arrived on time and did a beautiful and thorough job deep cleaning my 3000SF home. This was the first deep clean since we moved in the house in November after an extensive remodeling project. I liked Maria's work so much she now cleans my house every two weeks. I find her pricing to be reasonable and on par with other providers I've used in the past. She is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Maria and her team for housecleaning services.

I had another cleaner cancel the day before we were listing our house and we had eight showings scheduled. I was so delighted that Maria was available on such short notice. She was very accommodating and thorough. Her professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were very much appreciated. Our house sold the same day Maria cleaned. Maria has been an absolute joy to work with from the beginning. She has always been very accommodating to the random days and times that I have requested her services. She is very polite, professional, and takes a genuine pride in the work of her and her staff. Maria and her staff are very detail oriented which is exactly what I need when staging short term rentals. She has been very accommodating to whatever tasks that I need done, big or small. They do a wonderful job ensuring that everything is perfect so that I can focus my attentions elsewhere. I allow Maria and her staff to enter and exit the property without my presence and they always make sure the place is spotless, the lights are turned off, and the property is secure. It was very difficult for me to find someone that would be able to perform to my high expectations and I'm very grateful I found XKDA Professional House Keeping.

The guys did a really good job. Excellent cleaning and very nice. Only thing is that the ladies don't speak English so its hard to communicate any special instructions on the day without contacting someone on the phone, but both of the ladies were really friendly and did a great job. Recommended.

I have had Maria and her crew cleaning my house for months and months, and will continue using XKDA. I have used other cleaning services in the past, but once I found XKDA I have stuck with them because their quality is consistent. Maria is a gem. She is personable and friendly as well as professional and good at what she does. I've never felt judged by her even though my house is not always in a pretty state. She is dedicated to making sure you're happy with the job. Long ago, when she had different employees, some came that didn't do a very good job. She checked in with me later and when I told her I was dissatisfied, she promised to personally ensure my satisfaction, and she has stuck to that promise. She makes sure I am satisfied with the work and is personally involved in delivering a quality cleaning job. I also love that she is very flexible and always works to accommodate my scheduling. I love Maria and XKDA!
