Plumb Crazy

He charged me $230.00 out of pocket and did not honor the deal. He came to my house and my wife did not know about the coupon. He told me to call Angie’s List to get the refund.

Overall the service was great! He was a little difficult to get in touch with, after leaving a couple of messages I did finally get in touch with him. The other thing that I would recommend is having an actual date specified from the plumber and a time. I had spoken with the plumber, he was to get back to me and said he'd be there the first part of the week. However no date or time was set. He showed up at my house early one morning without notice and I wasn't prepared to install the disposal or pay for it at that time, however I didn't feel that I had a choice not to.  Otherwise I would say the service went fine. So far the disposal is working well.

He was very good.  He's busy and can be a bit difficult to get a hold of.  But, he saved me a boatload of money.  I had another plumber tell me that I needed to jackhammer my concrete and replace the pipe.  He had a camera, but couldn't see anything because of the sludge.  He wouldn't water-jet the pipe out to view again.  They just said replace it and provided a quote.  
Ken came and spent the necessary time to water-jet and clear the pipe.  We then viewed it with the camera.  The pipes are cast iron and about 40 years old.  While they are dirty, they are not collapsed or corroded through.  I may have to spend a few grand someday to do it, but not today.

Ken at Plumb Crazy is always very responsive and personable. He does things well and charges me a fair price.

I have used them previously.  I have found them to be very dependable and they do excellent work.  I would use them again.  In fact I have already called them about an issue I’d like them to look at.

I called him and told him that our basement had been flooded, and that it was a common problem. I told him that we would need the exit pipe cleaned out again and that we'd need a camera to see what the issue was. He said that he would find someone to come over. He showed up in about 15 minutes.
After working on it for a while, he pulled me over to show me the camera view of the drain pipes. After explaining everything to me, we went outside where he used a locator to show me where the problem area was in case we wanted to dig down and do a permanent repair.
After that, he cleaned the pipe one more time to make sure that the remaining roots seen on the camera were severed. Then he tidied up, put things back in their place, and wet-vac'ed the remaining water from the bathroom floor.

Plumb Crazy is a one man operation. The plumber takes the call directly. For this reason it was a little difficult to make initial contact.
Once contact was made the response and related service was excellent.
We ask what his thoughts were about our aging water softener and we got a good explanation not a sales job.
It would have been nice if he would have left a refrigerator magnet with his name on it so we would have his name handy next time we need some work.

Ken was very responsive to my request and was very professional. His fee was more reasonable than another estimate I had received.

I was very pleased with Plumb Crazy's service.  The owner himself came to my home and performed all of the work.  He is very professional, courteous, and performs high quality work.  The first time he came, he quickly and efficiently unclogged my shower drain.  I asked him to look at my kitchen sink, because I had noticed some leaking under the sink.  He was happy to do so, and quickly determined that my garbage disposal was cracked and needed to be replaced.  He had a couple of replacement options with him in  his truck.  I chose the one I wanted and he installed it right away.  I asked him if he knew anything about my water filtration system, because we haven't been in our home for very long, and I wasn't sure how often the filters needed to be changed or where to find them.  He said that he would look for the proper filters and give me a call when he found them.  As promised, he called me a few weeks later and told me he had the filters I needed.  We set up a time for him to come and install them, which he did.  In all of my interactions with him, he has been positive and very easy to work with.  I plan to use Plumb Crazy for all my plumbing needs, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a good plumber.

We called the number listed and spoke directly to Ken.  Although he was out of town on vacation, he still managed to get someone out to fix the drain clog in our kitchen within about an hour.  The work was performed quickly and professionally.  Truly a man who values customer service.

He arrived on time. Found he needed another part.  (Because I did not realize the old valve was leaking badly because it was completely worn out.) Got it promptly and completed the job.

Ken is very professional and I felt comfortable having him in my home.  I had a prior visit from a plumber with a different company and felt very uncomfortable because the guy was covered in tattoos and smelled of heavy smoke.  Ken was a completely different story.  He was neatly dressed and very courteous.  The other told me I needed to repair something but Ken said it didn't need to be repaired - saving me money and displaying honesty.  I will definitely call Ken if I have problems in the future.

He did a wonderfull job

They were outstanding.  The work was great.  He caught problems in the work and corrected them.  He gave me better options than what other plumbers gave me.  He did all the work himself.  He wasn't terribly prompt.

We had two plumbers come out and look at this problem: a blockage in the basement.  They both said that they would have to run a camera through the line, clean it, and possibly jack the floors to access the blockage etc. and it would cost $500-$1000.  Ken came and looked at our problem and told us that he would be able to fix the blockage in a very simple way.  He fixed it by sending a camera through the line and cleaning it out.  It only cost $357.  He was polite, explained what was going on, and was also very professional.  I can't recommend him highly enough.
