my husband was there and said it was OK.

While it went well with the provider arriving as scheduled and the carpets cleaning up beautifully the cleaning hose scraped of paint and some sheet rock at a corner.  It wasn't a big deal but did require touching up the area.

They did a wonderful job. They did A+ work. The young man that came was great and worked h****** anything that looked like a path on the carpet. He was very good. The scheduling was perfect. He got the done in about 2-3 hours. I would recommend them to others.

Technician was prompt, courteous, efficient and professional.

They sent someone promptly and I needed someone very soon so that was really good. He said he couldn't get out one of the stains because it looks like a grease stain which was fine because I wasn't expecting that. It was in a rental property and he left it really wet so they started to have a mildewy smell that the tenants said a couple of days because it was still wet like 4 or 5 days later. He did come back and clean that area again and it was good that they came out without complaining or anything. The smell didn't go completely away but they offered to come back the third time but the tenants said it was fine. The customer service was great, it was just that one thing about leaving too much water. I paid a little bit extra because we have more rooms than that. I had to call several times to get somebody.

It went well.  They were there on time, and got it all done.  Carpet looked good afterwards, I had no complaints.

Provider was late but did call.  Very courteous and did a great job, carpet looked great and dried quickly

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and I am not delighted. He came, he moved the furniture very nicely, cleaned it very nicely, and in a timely manner. One of the things that I had told him in the beginning was that I have a dog, and he wets on the floor, and I told him that I want the smell out of here. So he cleaned the carpet, and the smell didn't go away. I know it can be done, because I have had it done before several times by another cleaner. I hate the smell, and so I called him back. He and his friend came back with a blue light, and I know about the blue light because I worked for the police department once. I knew the dog hadn't wet on the carpet since he cleaned it, otherwise I would have seen it, so what he did, was to go around with the blue light, and say that there was no urine in the carpet. I said that I understood that, and that is not what I was saying but the smell was in the pad. He said that the smell would never come out, which I know is not true. I wasn't pleased. He contacted me pretty quick after I purchased the big deal. He was a really nice, I have had issues with carpet cleaners before, but he was nothing like that, he was very appropriate, he seemed very nice and honest, he came right back, but I think he just didn't get it. The smell was the whole reason for me to get it done, but he just wasn't listening to me when I was telling him what I needed.

I called AJS last minute on a Saturday morning and they were able to help me with my last minute request before my guest arrived on Monday morning.  They were on time, prompt and stayed longer than they thought to make sure the quality of work was done.  I was impressed and so grateful for their willingness to come last minute to clean a 5 bedroom home, stairs and a family room, plus two large rugs.  AJS is very professional, friendly and their costs was very reasonable, even on a Saturday.  Thank you AJS!!  You guys were awesome!!!  I highly recommend them to everyone!!

very nice polite guy.  Did the work very quickly and thoroughly.

after purchasing the deal I was contacted right away and could pick a service date and time that was good for me.
On the day the technician was right on time (!) He cleaned the carpets in the rooms I paid for and also my staircase in addition, for which the company charges a very reasonable price. Carpets are clean, even my pet stains were removed. The technician gave those spots extra attention at no extra charge.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went pretty well. He called to let me know when he was coming.  He was very friendly. My carpets turned out nicely. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. I added some square footage so I did pay a little more than the deal price. The price was reasonable.I thought they would vacuum beforehand. I wasn't sure if they would or not. I felt like my carpets needed it and after the shampooing was done, I could tell that it did needed a vacuuming afterwards. Other than that, I thought it was pretty well done.

They were able to work autonomously. They did work in a vacant house. They got in without me being there and cleaned without being supervised. They didn't charge me for anything extra.

General Cleaning was OK, However:

I had to request he put  protection under the furniture when he moved it back over the wet carpet and he only did this on the pieces I insisted on
Left several areas that were so wet I had to use a fan to dry for two days
Requested he treat two areas of spots:

1. Had a rust spot under a caster.  He took out 50% and quit.  I used resolve to finish the job after he left
3. Had marks from where an area rug had bled a dark color from dye.  The dark color is gone, but there is a pink color left and I am now having another carpet cleaner come to remove clean this area.

*Update* The owner of the company followed up and notified me that the person doing the job was new and still training. He rectified the issue within two days of talking to me. I would definitely hire Victor again, and he was right on it. He was very apologetic and came out as soon as he could fit me in the schedule.

They did a good job. They cleaned really well. They were there on time.

The carpet cleaner showed up bye himself so he could not move anything.  He did not spray any presoaker on the existing spots. He just used his cleaning equipment on the three rooms and then he left.  

They were wonderful. It was a carpet with horrible messes from a tree dropping problem that was brought in by people's shoes for weeks, there were black stains all over the carpet.  I couldn't rate him higher. He did a big living room, a hall, and two flights of stairs. It was extraordinary.

The carpet cleaning tech came back again two days later and redid the spots that were the most worn and had
not dryed clean and left a brown haze.  Then the next day the owner came by and looked and he came with
the tech the next week (3 times total) and they tried new chemicals and found that an acidic process did the best work.
My only regret is I didn't have them redo the whole hallway just the one portion. They bent over backwards and came more than 2 times to correct after the carpet dried and didn't come out cleanly.  This was better than any previous carpet cleaners have done and the value was great.

Came right on time as agreed. Gave an instant quote and performed the cleaning. He knew his stuff. I said there were no pets in the home at all, but he spotted some areas that he said were pet stains. I guess the tenants didn't tell me everything.
Friendly and efficient I knew I could trust this man. I didn't stay for the cleaning but asked him to lock up when he was done. When I checked the next day the carpet was perfectly cleaned, the home was locked and secured.
The carpets look and smell fresh and new. A perfect job.
I don't shop on price alone and I'm guessing his prices are higher than others. When I saw how other carpet cleaners cheat on a YouTube video I decided right then and there that paying the cheapest isn't the way to go. I want the carpets cleaned well, with real soap and chemicals and not just water. I want the germs killed and the carpets fresh and clean. I'm willing to pay top dollar for that and to get the best. AJS Carpet Cleaning IS the best.
