Prime Property Management

Prime Property Management did an excellent job marketing our house, screening the potential renters, and then managing the property. Everything was timely and professionally handled. When challenges related to the rental arose, they handled them professionally and well. We would hire them again in a minute.

We've worked with Prime Property Management for the last four years and have never had an issues. They gave us a peace of mind over our property when we moved across country. The only thing we had to worry about was making the mortgage payment on our end. The company was very good about keeping us up to date on the status/condition of the property and about any fixes that were needed. In the four years we've been with them, there have been 3 different tenants and each transition went smoothly. Management fees were very affordable, 10% of the monthly rent. I would definitely recommend this group and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again!

They were very prompt and even early with the payouts of the rent money to us and the owners. When things broke or went wrong at the home they were prompt in notifying us and their contractors to fix these issues where very affordable and accurate with their quotes on the price for the fix. They made having to rent out our house easier to handle! They also worked with us when our tenants wanted to purchase our home, which was what we needed to happen at that time. The tenants still had a contract with them and they worked with us and the tenant so that we could close on the house before that contract was up. This helped relieve a lot of stress on us and the tenant.

They were fast and efficient with getting my condo rented out at the appropriate market value. The turn around time between tenants was quick and they took care of everything. I received my rent in a timely manner. I never had any issues with getting in contact with them. I highly recommend there services!!!

Working with Prime Property Management has been a dream come true! I have worked with other property managers in the past but have never been treated with such professionalism and such response as I have with Prime. I am especially impressed with Nikki. When I had questions concerning my property, she took the time to sit with me and have an open and candid conversation with me. I know she has a very busy schedule, but taking the time to sit and talk helped me to feel more comfortable about the decision to work with Prime. They really take care of their clients and customers! I will recommend them to everyone I know who is looking for a place to live or is looking to rent out their property in Ogden.

It is always a pleasure to work with the ladies at Prime Property Management. They handled the Refrigerator repair and the dishwasher replacement and all the details exactly as I would have and I didn't have to worry about who, when why or how. The tenants is happy, owner is happy and PPM is happy. Win/win/win... that's a good company! I will continue to use them for as long as I have my properties and highly recommend them to tenants as well.

They are a good company. They are outstanding. They are you name it, their promptness, their eagerness, their professionalism, they are diligent. Their fairness, everything. Customer service, just off the charts, outstanding.

A few years ago, I rented out a home on my own. I was lucky and had fairly good tenants, so it wasn't a horrible experience, but when it came time to do it again I decided I wanted to get some professional help. A friend of mine had used Utah's Prime Property Management to rent out her house when she took an out-of-state assignment, so I decided to give them a try. After contacting them and discussing my needs, someone came to look over the property and let me know what steps needed to be done. With my approval, the company arraigned for significant landscaping work and all the interior work to get the property "rent-ready" (paint-and-patch, some minor repairs, cleaning, lock changes, etc). I think the price for the work was very fair -- likely better than I would have gotten by hiring people on my own. They did some market research and proposed a rent that I thought was absurd. I agreed to let them test it, and in roughly a week they had a deposit down on the property (for a rent 36% above what I had gotten previously!). I was shocked. Of course they ran a background check and things like that, so I was reasonably comfortable that the tenant would work out. From that point, they seem to have been in good contact with the tenant, though it has only been about a month since the property rented. They checked to make sure responsibility for the utilities has been transferred, which is one less thing for me to worry about. I'm feeling a lot more comfortable about renting the property now than when I did it myself, and the higher rent more than made up for their fees. Speaking of which, I have no idea what a reasonable price is for property managment -- I know I've seen some lower rates, but in those cases the company seemed to provide fewer services. I think what I'm paying is fair, both because of the higher rent from their expertise, and because it is a very small price to pay to know that someone is handling my property with such attention to detail. So far, I'm a happy customer.
