Air Conditioning - Auto
For the past few years, we have used Loren from Mel Flowers to inspect and trouble-shoot our furnace. He is a complete professional and we would recommend him to anyone.
Loren performs a thorough inspection of each furnace: looking for mechanical problems, longevity, cleanliness, and safely. The most impressive thing about his work is his honesty - he is not just looking for problems so he can charge extra. Instead, he gives an honest assessment of what he observes and a variety of options.
Loren sat down with me and gave me a full overview of our furnaces (which were both installed with the original house in 1998). We were loading the filters wrong, so he instructed us on the proper filter installation and wrote a few notes directly on the furnace for us. He was thorough in his testing for Carbon Monoxide and always explained what he was doing as he went through his process.
Loren's demeanor and professionalism has instilled a sense of trust. We will use him for all our future furnace needs!
