BRETT'S TOWING

Brett's towing is an absolute joke. Don't call them. If the police dispatch them to pick your car up from an accident, tell them you'll call your own towing company.. My car was picked up Fri. They told me as soon as they got the check from my insurance Saturday they would tow my car to the repair shop.They neglected to tell me their main office wouldn't be open Saturday, and wouldn't be open again until Tuesday. My insurance company over-nighted a check to them, and they told my insurance it would be towed to my boyfriend's shop Sat. They refused to tow it when I spoke with them until Tuesday, even though the check had made it there. Not only did they talk to and treat me like garbage, but they blatantly lied to my claims adjuster and myself. The fact that we don't have a vehicle, and can't get the ball rolling for the insurance doesn't matter to them. In fact, they told the repair shop that they flat out don't care, after being called out on their dishonest business practices. These guys are completely disrespectful and unprofessional. It's definitely not a business that you can trust with your vehicle.
