The Flood Company has provided great service throughout this wet season involving several flooding incidents in my basement. All the staff members I?ve worked with have been friendly and professional in manner and efficient at the job. They arrived promptly to mitigate the flooding when I called.

Once the immediate emergency was over Kurt, my project manager, worked closely with my insurance company to ensure everything needed for the claim was submitted in a timely manner. In addition, he worked with me to keep costs to a minimum on things the insurance company didn?t cover. I?m convinced The Flood Company saved me several hundred dollars that they could have charged and didn?t.

While I hope my flooding days are behind me, I would absolutely hire this company again for disaster response if needed. In fact, I already have. Four times between May and Sep 2015.

They've been pretty good so far. The craftmanship is really good. The only complaint I have is the timeliness; some of the staff took a long time to install the windows. But otherwise, it's been a good experience. The carpenter, Hank, has been doing a really good job. He kept us informed at all times so we're really happy with them.

The workmen were great and the work they did was great. The workmen were very easy to deal with. However, their billing processes and practices are very, very deceiving. They tried to bill for work they did not do. From our perspective, we would never use them again. They were here the same day I called.

They were fantastic. They came out within a half hour and worked long hours. They seemed very professional. I would rate them an A+ if I could and would use them again in the future if needed.

It was a good company to go with. They were on time for my appointment and when they were finished with the job, they cleaned up all the mess.
