It didn't. You said you offered service until late on Saturday, called around 5:30 pm with an urgent need and I was told the plumber was off at 6:00pm, too bad so sad.
Not very professional.

Since every customer deserves our best efforts to complete their job well, it sometimes requires more time than anticipated. A week later they came to the house and replaced everything discussed. The technicians took utmost care in protecting the flooring and putting drop cloths down on the carpet and stairs. It took a day and a half to completer. They did a very good job on installing and cleaning up afterwards. They were polite and very professional and punctual. They did call and let us know when they were on their way. They fired everything up and worked flawlessly. What I did appreciate is Dennis came by the house a couple of days later to follow-up with us personally to see how we felt about how the installation went, the technicians and if we had any concerns about the service or operation of the equipment. He answered a couple of questions about the rebates I had and assured me Mountainwest would handle getting our rebates delivered, and if not, to give him a call.
I can't say more how professional this company is please we are in having them do our installation. Quality company.
