Replaced cracked cement slabs in my patio. The cement was cracked with in 3 months after the pour. I would very careful in using T?s. Has never come back to my home even though he said he would.

Had T?s construction come to my home last fall to replace some sections of cement that had cracks in them. They were responsive and did the work. In December I noticed that the new sections already had cracks in them. I messaged the owner and sent photos. He said he would come out when it was warm. Well it is warm and he has still never been back. Messaged multiple times and just got more excuses. He offered to replace them when he did a few jobs and had some money. Still never came back. I asked for a refund of half what I paid. He said no but of course said he would come out. So this is my first 1 star review. I would be very cautious in using T?s construction. I no I will not use them again

Got a good job completed but if you are a gardener? Take Note: They have no concept of protecting flower beds or preventing soil compaction. I had to spend several hours fixing what they damaged in my beds and several hours raking my lawn and vegetable garden free of the small chips of concrete that they dumped on my lawn that was debris from taking out existing concrete. If they would of put down a tarp and then dumped all the stuff, it would have been easy to clean up. The other thing to watch out for is the wife. After he and I had agreed on the scope of work and the price and I signed the work order, she comes in and says they could not do it for the agreed price and wanted several hundred more. Bait and switch?

Sione and his team were very professional and got my project done quick and when they said they would. My new driveway looks great And I would recommend them highly.

I am happy with the job that was performed. They were very polite, professional and efficient. There was just the smallest amount of cleanup that was left for me, and that is why I am not giving 5 stars overall.

We have read many reviews including here on home advisor, so hiring Sione and his team to redo our driveway that started housing puddles of water in certain areas seemed to be a great idea. He was very diligent in coming to give a quote and hearing the concerns of the driveway. Production began after a payment of $8,500 was given (in full). Upon completion of the driveway, it looked beautiful! But when it rained, the issue we had with puddles of water forming in areas was actually larger than it was before. I will tell you now that it took over 2 months for them to fix and complete the driveway to only be left with just sub-par work. His crew dumped concrete water into our grass and left chunks. For the amount paid and the time invested - I definitely do not recommend this company for your concrete needs. I have been keeping track of the communication of when the crew would be there to fix the concrete and the numerous times it was put off. Honestly, how I felt was that since they already completed the job and had our money, we weren't a priority to make it right. 04/16/2020, concrete was poured. 04/24/2020, called to come back and fix concrete as it is still having issues as before the job was complete. Sione said he would come next week but no specific day/time. 04/30/2020, when we called to get a day/time he would be able to come by - He said he caught Coronavirus and needs to quarantine for 14 days. 05/04/2020, We saw him driving in his truck with his equipment on Bangerter Highway. 05/16/2020, called him at 1:42 pm and said he would be out to repair on Wednesday/Thursday. 05/26/2020, he said because of rain, could not make it out. Understandable but it took me contacting him to find out when we come by. He now said it would be Thursday/Friday. 06/01/2020, called him at 9 am and said the crew would be there around 2 pm-4 pm. Called at 2:36pm, and he said the crew is on their way! called again at 4:54 pm and said his crew was not answering their phone. he apologized and acknowledged how long its taking and he himself will come out tomorrow morning. 06/02/2020, called him at 8 am and said he will not be there this morning, will be by around noon. He showed up at 11:45 am to inspect the driveway and said he would be back with equipment later to start cutting. 1:49 pm, he did indeed arrive with the equipment but no cement. After discussion, we both agreed to complete it in its entirety on Friday. 06/05/2020, called at 8:23 am, 10:35 am, and then 10:55 am (this time from a different number) = no answer. I then miss a call from him from a different number and when I called back he did answer and say that he will be there at 4 pm. At 4:29 pm, he did not answer his phone and then again when I called at 6:53 pm. 06/08/2020, he answered and said he would be there Tuesday. 06/09/2020, at 9:25 am he said would be there around 2 pm. Then at 3:45 pm, he conveniently needed to order concrete so he will be back on Friday instead. 06/10/2020, he did not answer my initial call at 8:32 am. I sent him a text at 8:34 am which he replied that he will pick up concrete at 9:30 am and come by. 06/12/2020, he arrived at 8:30 am to pour the concrete and would be back. 06/16/2020, I text him to ask when he will be back to finish. 06/17/2020, at 7:24, am he replied that he needed a week to cure, so he will be by Friday. 06/19/2020, at 9:34, am he did not reply to my text asking when he will be by. At 11:42 am, he said he would be by between 3 pm-4 pm. At 4:42 pm, I text to ask where he was and he said he got caught up and ran out of time. he will come by on Tuesday. 06/23/2020, texted at 10:32 am and said he will be there around 4-5 pm. At 4:40 pm, he finally arrived and completed the job. While I understand things happen, I feel like there were way too many excuses in fixing our driveway. I have photos to show, as well.

Very efficient, everything done right and cleanup was great! They were careful with the landscaping and we are very satisfied with the job!

I am happy with the job T and his men did.

I had them pour a concrete pad, and when there became a question whether it would hold up under the weight of our swim spa (7 tons), and I requested that they replace one section, they said they didn't feel good about that and insisted on tearing it all out and redoing it. They reinforced it with rebar and poured 8 inches of concrete instead of the requested 6 inches. To me, that means this company has a lot of integrity (which is rare these days). They poured a beautiful, professional pad that will more than support our spa--and for a very reasonable price. Plus, they were willing to come all the way to Spanish Fork. I am really impressed, and I highly recommend these guys!

They happily made last minute changes. Weather caused a delay in the work, but it was definitely worth the wait.

He was very quick and responsive. The quality was good and it looks great.

Wonderful company to work with. Very good communication and they did a great job! Response and work was fast and they worked around the bad weather to make sure the concrete turned out great!
