Shower Install or Replace
The project isn't finished yet due to a needed part that just doesn't seem to want to come to St George. Dane or Mr Rooter has kept me informed as to what is going on and when I can expect the project to be finished. Just got a call and I will have a new shower head tomorrow. Yeah!

Water Heater - Repair or Service
The service was not for me, it was for my neighbor who does not speak very much English. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job. The reason for 1 star on "value for money", is because they charged him 2,190.00 for water heater replacement and repair. *It is important to mention,, once they were called and asked about the price, they did take $1,000. off of the bill. .

The repairman came out ready to work when all I wanted was a bid, but after he told me what he would do it for I had him go ahead and install the three faucets I had purchased. He tried to add something to the charge but I told him that was higher than the other bid I had received so he did it for the original price he quoted. The only thing that I had problem with was the bathroom sink. I couldn't get the sink to drain because he had the stopper too short and I had to try and fix it. Also he didn't tighten the fixture enough and it moves slightly when I push on the tap. I could have him come out and tighten it, but chose not to do so.

I had the company come out to do an evaluation of the system. They told me that it was doing fine and didn't charge me anything. They also let me know what to listen for if I think there is a problem. Thanks Steele Plumbing!

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
They were the only plumber I could find in this area that would respond. But they did respond quickly and got the job done that same day. It was difficult to access so I wound up assisting a little. I was not interested in purchasing a water softener or any other upgrades. Some debre got into the water line and clogged up the kitchen sink faucet. He took it apart and cleaned it, now it's ok. I cleaned up the sink afterwards. Installation seems to be A-OK.

Josh came out and replaced a leaky pressure valve under my house and advice us to replace our water heater before it started to leak ( the age was right to go any time) he done his work fast and returned again to check on another problem I thought I had but nothing was wrong no charge, great guy

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Called back at 8 am the following day (left an inquiry about midnight the night before). We agreed on a price but had to leave that morning before the tech arrived so we arranged to leave the overhead garage door open for him to replace the leaking water heater. Before we got back home at around 4pm the replacement was neatly completed and the garage door was closed. The tech called us before he left because he was concerned about leaving the water heater on without purging the air from the house plumbing lines so we asked him to go to our next door neighbors house to get a spare key that allowed him access to the laundry room to get the air out of the lines. Very responsive, efficient and trustworthy. Would highly recommend
