My A/C went out at 4 in the morning. I found Bozwood on Home Avisor shortly there after and submitted a request for bid. I had a text message from them by 5 am and they were out at my home by 2 that day! Awesome customer service. When they showed up they said they would get the parts and be back by 5 pm. They were back in an hour. Again, incredible service. When the parts didn’t fix my issue, there was no additional charges. They quoted me a price for a full new unit at a reasonable price ( compared to what I found on line) and the install was scheduled for only a couple days out. They showed up on time and even made some repairs I didn’t know were needed in my furnace room, at no extra charge. Highly recommend! Other places I spoke to couldn’t even make it for a week later. The guys at Bozwood had the job done before others would have even showed up for the diagnosis.

Josh said he would be here between 11 & 12. He showed up promptly at 11 A.M., was very knowledgeable and personable. He had my A/C unit problem diagnosed and repaired within 30 minutes and the price was VERY reasonable. I was expected a much larger bill. I can assure you that Josh is the guy I will call for all of my future Heating/Air Conditioning issues. It is very refreshing to run into someone who is completely honest, friendly and takes pride in their work. To top everything off he is a New York Yankees fan! Thanks Josh, you're the best!
