The technician arrived quickly. He had my furnace working in no time. He was a friendly and helpful. The cost was reasonable.

Josh is the consumate professional. He actually took the time to inspect and diagnose the problem with the furnace where two other specialists were simply wanting to shotgun parts into the system in hopes they would eventually find a fix. I would hire him again.

We payed $150 for them to clean out our dryer vent. I called another company and for $49 they offered to clean out 10 vents throughout the house and they are going to clean the dryer vent for free. I liked the Technician who came, but the price is ridiculous. Do your homework and shop around before deciding!

We had them work on a swamp cooler, and while it was fixed, the problem came back an hour later. When I called the company back, the technician told me that I needed to have the unit re-installed. My husband came back from a business trip and was able to fix the problem without having to re-install.

Unfortunately I cannot remember the gentleman's name whom of which actually did the repair however he was very professional and answered all of my questions. Did the repair in a very timely/professional manner. This was the first experience I had with this company however I guarantee it will not be the last if repairs are needed in my home.

The technician took out and cleaned part of the AC system. A couple of weeks later the system failed again. I tried to contact the technician again but I could no speak with him. I left a message for him, but either him or anybody else contacted me. I ended up hiring some one else!

I was very grateful for the quick response, and the technician was able to get my unit up and running again on a Sunday. The sales tactics used to promote spending money for a new unit left me feeling I had no choice but to replace the whole system, or at least to replace the compressor. After my hesitation to replace the whole system, he let me know that he could have it up and running again quickly simply replacing a small $60 part, which he replaced and charged me about $350. Overall I was grateful for the work especially on a Sunday. I spoke with the salesman and was able to express my concern about his sales tactics. I anticipate he will make an effort to make his sales proposals more forthcoming in the future.

It was about 30% more expensive than expected than what I thought was reasonable.
