They were professional and extremely helpful with the process of purchasing a new furnace. They were also very competitive with their prices. I would definitely hire them again for any jobs in the future.

They were very friendly and professional. The entire process took less than 5 hours, initial call to completion of the installation and clean-up. We will definitely call AAA Comfort Specialists for any plumbing issues in the future!

AAA Solved my problem over the phone for no charge. They called me as soon as I requested quotes. John was extremely helpful and saved me the cost of a tech coming to the house. I would recommend this company.

They took time to explain everything to us about the Colman Furnace we had them install. Once we decided to have them install our furnace. They did it fast. We hired them on the 3rd of January, 2019 and they installed the furnace the next on the 4th of January, 2019. We would highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with the workers that installed my furnace and thermostat. There were a couple of "glitches" but I guess that seems to happen. They made it right. However, I had also requested work on my gas fireplace. The workers tried, and were very nice. They said that the owner, Josh would have to inspect and repair it as he was the expert. He [Josh] came to look at it ..... this was almost 3 weeks ago and I have NOT heard one word back from him. He was here on a Saturday, said he would CALL ME on the following Monday, with a price estimate, on the part he felt it needed. I have called and texted him SEVERAL times, and have not heard from him. I finally texted one of the installers on the furnace and another worker by calling the office phone. They told me that the "part" was on back order, they believed. I am just quite disappointed, that I have not been notified, by Josh the Owner, as he told me he would. I would appreciate at least HEARING from him, that something was on back order. I have NO idea if I will get my fireplace fixed by them .........

Came, looked it over, fixed it. Gave me info on updating my unit when I can afford it. Worth the call.

These guys are outstanding. John came out and checked my failed unit. He showed me why it failed and not just said why. He helped me get a unit in and Austin and another outstanding Technician installed my new unit and got me set up for an amazing deal. You have to use these guys. Fair, honest, reliable, and punctual. Thank you guys!

I think that these guys definitely knew what they were doing. I think it's a little too much to install AC. They installed a vent in one of my rooms at my house and it doesn't blow. It almost feels like when a window is open and there's no wind. I am not satisfied with the way that they did the work on my furnace they came out to seal all the leaks but they left a few small leaks. Overall I'm happy that they were able to finance me and get the AC installed but I am not satisfied with the work that was performed.

Josh was great, he came out that day to look at my system and had his guys here first thing the next morning to completely replace my AC/furnace. The system looks and runs great. I would definitely recommend AAA Comfort Specialists to everyone!

Very knowledgeable. When the technician assigned to come out called in sick (and was late), the owner himself dropped everything he had planned that Saturday morning and came to take care of the job. First rate.

Our condenser stopped running and our ac wasnt cooling. They got here super quick and had a blown fuse fixed and within 15 mminutes the house was all ready getting cooler for a lot cheaper than we thought our problem was going to cost!

They came within two hours of our call. We are very grateful that our tenants were kindly treated and didn’t have to suffer in hot weather. They completed the job quickly and efficiently. The price seemed fair. Next time, I would just like to know before the work is done what it will be. With that understanding, I would use them again.

Beau was amazing. There was a little mix up with the time, but it was my fault because I didn't answer the call. But, Beau did a great job. He was very knowledgeable. There was a part that was difficult to find because it was a little different than most of the other furnaces, but Beau drove to several places to find this part. He spent a lot of time, but was able to get the job finished that day and did not charge anything extra above the original estimate. My dad had his furnace fixed by another company and they charged my dad a lot more! I told my dad to use Comfort Specialists next time!

The called me within 10 minutes of me filing my request and made an appointment for the next day. They showed up on time and quickly found the issue. They matched other companies prices which was nice and he was very honest about my issue and the cost to repair it. The issue does not have to be fixed as it is not causing any issues with the furnace working so the fix would just get rid of the noise. Did do a little sales pitch for a new furnace but wasn't pushy.

4/1/2019 When I initially hired Comfort Specialists to install the HVAC system I required that two zones be established so that we could heat and cool separate floors differently, we were moving my parents into the basement and they were coming from a desert area and would need to be a bit warmer than the rest of the household. Comfort Specialists initially said they could do this and I hired them and paid them a ton of money to make it so. Then it took me a few months to finish the basement and move my parents in. Last summer my parents were using space heaters to keep warm and the system was pumping out cold air to try to keep the upstairs manageable, but not doing a good job. Contacted Josh several times and before someone came, but the system never really worked the way we thought it should. All through the winter my parents were freezing and because the master bedroom was somehow tied to the basement (not the plan at all) it was being heated to 85 degrees when the heat was running in the basement. All winter we kept our windows open and were hot and freezing at different times. Called and texted multiple times and were promised that they would come at appointed times and then would not show up. I have no idea how much money I have wasted on this system. They also said they would provide 2 Nest thermostats with the project. Still waiting to receive one of them. I have called and texted multiple times. Did not want to put this on the site, but I am not getting the service done that I paid for a year ago. These guys are usually great but with something seemingly so minor as to install a damper the delay is excessive and very frustrating. If it was not for these issues I would probably give a better review.
