Very good company thank you

I called them for a simple service on central AC , tech advised me I shouldn't put any more $$$ into this unit over 20 years old . In fact he didn't even charge a service fee on visit , out of that gesture I decided for a new installation , they did excellent work . And followed up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied , my only complaint was we had to go buy a new air filter that should have been provided on new unit installation , other than that I was completely satisfied with their work and would recommend them .

They should up 2 hr late drilled holes all over my walls trying to run the thermostat wire. They did not give me any instructions on how to run it. Didn't leave me the warranty book to register the unit.

I used Home Advisor to find someone to fix my 15 year old A/C which kept freezing up and had an extremely noisy condenser. Home Advisor was fast and impressive. A few clicks to describe the problem and once I hit enter, I received a phone call from their selection (AAA Comfort Specialist) within two minutes. The call was from Josh, the owner, who could come out in a few hours. We agreed on a time and he arrived personally with his helper Johnny. We went over pricing and once authorized went to work. They cleaned the A/C Coil (I forgot to replace the filter allowing dirt into the A/C Unit) and tested the system at the condenser. Josh reviewed the results with me and once authorized recharged the system. They also tightened up all the screws on the condenser which quieted everything down. Once recharged, they tested the airflow at the registers, which now blew cold at 52 degrees. With the work complete, Josh then reviewed the charges and sent an invoice from his phone which I paid on-line with PayPal. The whole repair took less then 2 hours. The guys were friendly and professional and cleaned up everything before they left. I would use them again.

We had contacted this company almost 2 years ago for our furnace and Beau remembered me and our house. He was super friendly and helpful and beat the competition as well as gave us an AC unit that matches our furnace. Josh the owner was quick installing and left no trace other than our new unit. Very nice people very clean and efficient. I would recommend for sure and I'll be calling them for our tune ups.

We needed to have our AC checked , it went out on Tuesday. Night, my wife has been very sick due recent cancer digitalis. Called and spoke to Josh and Beauty the tech was here in 30 min. All other companies were 2-4 days out. Beautiful checked the unit out and had it cooling our home within 40 min. Cannot say enough good about Comfort Specialists will definitely use and recommend them without hesitation. Beautiful was Great and Josh was right on top of our urgent need. Thanks to all.

Late but called ahead to explain

Got off to a slow start, playing "phone tag" and "text tag". But once we connected, the scheduling and the installation of the swamp cooler went quickly and well. Payment after was also slow, as apparently the installer wasn't prepared to take "plastic" at that time. And from what I could see, they aren't set up to take online (credit card or debit, PayPal, etc) payments. But they had to come back anyway to do an adjustment, and I was able to pay them then. Overall, for all the little "bumps" on the trail, I would recommend them to anyone wanting to do swamp cooler or A/C installation or maintenance.

The owner worked with me on the bid to get the correct size furnace that we could afford. The technicians were only here 3 hours, were polite, and cleaned everything up. The furnace has only been in 2 days but is working well.

Very responsive 24/7! Missed a few things on the install, but were quick to come back and offered an appropriate financial remuneration for the inconvenience.

Helpful and accommodating on a Sunday, but new furnace was misrepresented, owner ignored my request for clarification on pricing, several mistakes on paper work and no explanation with new furnace. Appreciate the assistance on a weekend but would not recommend.

Fast, efficient and knew what they were doing. Was really mindful of the sleeping baby.

Had other company out first. Tried to sell me a whole new furnace. AAA came out, quickly found a bee's nest in intake pipe. $189 versus over $4,000. A good reminder always good to get 2nd opinion if you have a fun y feeling. Appreciate AAA's honest.

beau went the extra mile in solving a most unusual furnace problem as the one gas ignition channel was plugged up, as well as a defective gas valve. I appreciate his extra effort (at no extra charge). Would use them again.

Great job

I found this company on Home Advisor as a top rated company. I am extremely frustrated as I feel I just threw away $125.00. I called them at 5:00 am because I woke up to find my furnace wasn't working. I had to text the tech back around 7:30 am because I was thinking they weren't actually coming. He informed me that he was a mile away from my house. When he got there he went into the crawl space and said it was the pilot that had gone out. The reason it had gone out is because there was air in my gas line. He charged me his fee and tried to sell me on their "name brand" furnaces quoting me $1800 to $2000. I live in an 800 SQ FT home. So after doing research on furnaces I can see he was really ripping me off. I do not recommend this company at ALL! Last night, this is a week later. The furnace is out again. I called Questar gas and told them what the tech had said about air being in the line and could they come fix it. They let me know that there is no way that there is air in the line. They said an HVAC Tech would know that. More then likely it was my thermal couple that needs to be fixed or replaced and that is something the Tech should've checked. I am extremely disappointed and annoyed that this is a top rated company. I feel like I was taken. The worst part is, it was the owner of the company.

They' called me as soon as I hung up the phone. They were at my home within 30 minutes took care of the problem. Awesome
