We had another contractor come and say the swamp cooler could not be fixed and needed to be replaced for a cost of $1,400.. This company showed up and I told them that and he looked at it from afar, asked if it was leaking water from the pan, and then said let me take a look. In 30 minutes, he had replaced one bearing, adjusted the tension on the belt and was don't for $130, including the cost of the bearing. Very honest, friendly, and certainly effective.

AAA Comfort Specialist are very knowledgable about evaporative air conditioners--more so than any services company I have ever worked with. They repaired my two air conditioners, identified some issues I had been unaware of, which they also quickly repaired. The air conditioners have never run better. The cost was reasonable and fair.

Everything about my experience with AAA Comfort Specialist's was excellent, from initial contact to the hand shake at the end of the service the next day. Initially I contacted a large local Heating & Air company for a repair quote. Their real interest was in replacing my air conditioner, and not investigating repair options. Their price for new equipment was very high. When I found AAA Comfort Specialist's they carefully walked me through repair costs vs new equipment cost so I could make an informed decision. When I chose new equipment to solve my problem the price was excellent.

Josh was fantastic! Not only was his work and knowledge exceptional, but he also educated me on what I can do to prevent these problems in the future. I will definitely continue using his services for any additional problems I might have and would recommend him to anyone.
