DO NOT HIRE HIM. He was hired to work on a project in my home. He brought multiple other people to do this project ( which was not a problem.) Auzzi had us pay half up front and never completed the project. He told us this project was easy and would be done in 3 days. After 2 weeks the project was still not done. He never showed up one day and we called one of the other guys and he said auzzi never came home last night and he didn?t know where he was. We finally heard from him and got the excuse that he was in the hospital. Auzzi and the group he brought to do the job kept leaving while they were here about every hour or 2. They had to go to the ?gas station? but I?m pretty such they were doing drugs. It was excuse after excuse, the project never got finish. He ruined over $2000 worth of materials and we had to hire someone else to remove everything he had done (because auzzi didn?t know what he was doing and did it wrong) and redo it. The guy that came to redo it literally laughed.

I had Christmas boxes to be brought down from my attic. He sent someone to do it and that was fine. They were suppose to come back after Christmas and put the boxes back. However, I have been calling him and leaving messages and he has not responded to my calls or emails. This is very upsetting.

I thought it went well at the beginning. November 14th, 2024 Aussie gave me a quote which I agreed on and he charged me half which I put on my credit card. He said he would be back to fix it. Aussie and someone else came back on Monday November 18th, 2024 spent 3.5 hours fixing the wiring on the door but did not complete the job. He said he would be back that evening after we closed to finish as it was hard to fix the door with customers coming in and out the door. He called and left a message a littlle later that day saying they wouldn't make it back that evening because the lights went out on the trailer and they needed to fix them. He rescheduled for the next morning at 7:00 am which would be November 19th. He did not show up. However the person who was helping him the day before came and told me Aussie's bunk mate had committed suicide the night before so was wondering if we could reschedule. I agree and was very understanding. We rescheduled the appointment for Thursday the 21st at 7:00am as they wanted to do the work before our store opened. Aussie sent me a message on Wednesday November 20th saying the funds I paid went into an account that he couldn't access so he was refunding the money and would charge me the full amount the next day when he finished the job. He never showed up on Thursday. At 1:53 on Thursday afternoon I sent Auzie a text asking if he was still coming to fix the door. I also let him know the refund had not shown up on my credit card yet. I didn't get a response. So Friday morning I sent a message to see if they were coming that day to fix the door and also let him know the credit had showed up yet. I still didn't get a response. I sent a message this morning November 25th saying I was getting frustrated and if I didn't hear from him today I would need to contact my corporate office and get legal involved. I then called Angi customer service to start this. I realize it takes time for the credit to go back on the credit card but I also don't want to double pay if he comes back to finish.

Very professional and knowledgeable took great care to inform me about what needed to be done and got me on the schedule very fast and handled the work perfectly would definitely hire them again
