Brandon is the man! I bought rekey servicea from amazon home services. Wish I had contacted Lock jocks directly. Anyways. First locksmith company which was assigned by amazon rescheduled appoitment 2 timea on short notice and then 3rd time they didnt show up. Then amazon assigned lock jocks for my task. Brandon arrived couple of mins before scheduled appt. He did the task in approx 15-20 mins. Boom! I mean what mor can I expect after talking to amazon customer service for hours!! I would happily give Brandon 10 stars if I can! And to add more - I faced issues withone of the re-keyed lock and I called him again to fix. He diagnosed. The problem was not with the lock but with the handle itself. It was a minor problem, so he fixed that one as well, that too at no extra cost!! Thanks a lot, Brandon!

Wendy was great about setting expectations of hourly rate and how the experience would go. She was right on! Brandon was super nice, punctual, knowledgeable and fixed two locks within our hour rate, and when we asked about any recommendations of projects in the future he didn't just say things based on pricing... he recommended products they sell and they don't backed it up with demos and facts. As a girl that's been taken advantage of with hourly rates and or with situations with price gouging I appreciated that they were the opposite. They don't take advantage of you and simply are the best. We will be using them as our go to for locksmith needs going forward. Thanks Brandon & Wendy!

Everything was handled quickly and as promised. They treated me fairly and didn't take advantage of me in my situation. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. I cannot say enough good things about these people! I needed a pretty quick job done as there were some security concerns. They were able to come within an hour and went several extra steps because of our unique situation. The price was SO reasonable and the service was the best. If you're considering them- go with Lock Jocks! You won't regret it.

This place quoted and charged a $100 flat rate and that included the service call. That is half of what the second lowest Starting Cost was that I found. They did the job quick and right. Couldn't have had a better experience. Brandon, the manager and tech was awesome.

I locked my keys in my running car after helping another person jump their car. Fortunately, I had my phone with me, and I was able to find Lock Jocks. I spoke to a very professional and courteous rep over the phone who quoted a price well below what I expected to pay in idiot tax. 15 minutes after getting off the phone, Brandon - the owner - pulled up in his work van.  He took my information and license  (which I wasn't expecting, but was glad to find out was for my own security), and was able to get into my vehicle without any issues. 

While he was there, I asked about my remote car keyfob, since it had stopped working, even after I replaced the battery. Brandon was able to take a look, and the bad news was that it needed to be replaced. The good news was that he could replace it right there on-premises, and the quote he gave me was - once again - way lower than I was expecting.  Brandon got to work, and a few minutes later, I had a working key fob, and was back on the road soon after. 

Brandon was extremely professional and courteous during the transaction - even as I asked questions while he was hooking up to my car's ODBII to get the right info for the fob. His answers to my questions and his explanation of what he was doing was clear to a layman like myself, and greatly appreciated!  When I got home and did some research, I discovered that what I paid for the lockout and keyfob from Lock Jocks was still under the quote I would have gotten from other local locksmiths. 

Professional, courteous service combined with killer rates is why I have Lock Jocks saved in my phone for any future incidents, as well as recommendations to friends and family!

Called them at about 9p.m. I somehow managed to lock myself out of the house (of all times to do this right!?) They were the second company I called but could actually get to me in a reasonable time! From the time we talked and considering the time of the evening it only took them about 40 mins or less to get to me and another 10 to get me into the house, the other companies were giving me an eta of 2+ hours! No way that was going to work with having kids! Super nice couple as well for it being a family business. I now have them permanently saved in my phone in case I ever need any locksmith again.
