Outstanding communication and professionalism from Tony and the team. My compliments. The prices were a bit more than I care for for the work recommended so I passed on what I could do myself. Otherwise - good job and completed in a very timely manner.

I thought they were good plumbers and in fact, I would use them again. I paid more than the "Big Deal". I can't remember how much but it was reasonable. He taught me how to light my hot water heater. I will be using them in the future.

Very good customer service and wonderful staff! Highly recommend! I'm a working single mother who just purchased a home, so was very pleased with the punctuality, communication and services performed! Can't go wrong with these guys!

The work was done when they said it would be. They cut through the wall and replaced the pipe and faucet. The job was clean, efficient, works great and left it looking great. The plumber was very knowledgeable, had the supplies he needed and was very friendly. We have used Harvey West before and will continue to use them for our plumbing needs. We have recommended them to several people already and will continue to do so.

After having the contractor "fix" the toilet, and having another person work on it, it is finally fixed. For that, I am beyond grateful. I had a Deal coupon so that dropped the price a lot. LOVE my Deals!

They did it fast and well. No issues. All of their prices were fixed and on their iPad so everything was predetermined as far as pricing goes. They even had a price for replacing a feed line DURING A FAUCET INSTALLATION - as opposed to replacing it to an existing faucet - which would have cost more. So I was happy with the service and will use them again.

They were prompt. Same day service. The plumbers were uniformed and professional. The price was nearly double their original estimate because they had to bring it up to code. A city inspection was required. The easiest way to bring it up to code wasn't acceptable to us because it would have been an unsightly fix. They came up with a solution acceptable to us. They contacted the city inspection to make sure it would be ok. We would definitely use them again.

I did not hire them because of the cost and went else where.

The plumber and his helper came on time. They evaluated the problems and began working on my main issue which was the clogged bathtub drain, showing me how to clean it out periodically and recommended using bleach to keep all of the drains clear. Two of my toilets were running occasionally and he recommended replacing the hardware in the tank on one of them. He showed me how it was spewing inside the tank and informed me that he would have to take up the toilet in order to properly repair it. The entire repair took no longer than 45 minutes. I was a bit dumb-struck by the cost of the bill and thought the cost of just clearing the clogged tub was exorbitant. That said, I felt that they did a good job and I especially liked doing business with a family-owned company that exuded professionalism. I would feel good about trusting them with a large job.

Explained what needed to be done and how he would do it. Very efficient, in service and time--also attentive to leaving kitchen area around dishwasher and under kitchen sink spotless and dry. They will definitely be our "go to" plumbing people in the future. They also offer a Plumbing Service Agreement which offers many advantages. We recommend West Plumbing without reservation!

Jack was professional, clearly knowledgeable. He knew almost right away what the problem was and gave us several alternatives for solutions. We would use this plumbing service again without question. The repair was covered under our home warranty so the warranty company selected the vendor to make the repair, otherwise we would have used Harvey West.

Ok Misleading coupons with conditions that greatly reduced their value, service was good

The company responded quickly and sent two employees to repair a slight leak beneath the kitchen sink. We declined the company's offer to enroll in a plumbing service agreement.

I did not use them because of the outrageous quote.

Our plumber, Jack, was very cheerful and polite. He did his work quickly and professionally. When he was done, he answered our questions fully. We will use this company again.

Okay, so first of all, when I called the office, a real, friendly human called John answered the phone and took the details and promised a crew would arrive promptly to help with my problem. All my toilets and baths were backed up with sewage! Horrible! The two man crew, Tony and Chase, arrived as promised, diagnosed the problem and explained the problem very clearly to me and what needed to happen to solve it. At all stages of the visit the two guys explained and showed me what was going on. They gave me a quote to clear the clog, which they did. Then, they realised that it was a larger plumbing problem that could cause the clog again in the future, and gave me a quote to dig up the bushes and replace the pipes. I agreed to the job, which was over $1,000.00 because I understood what was needed. Minutes later, Tony came to find me to tell me that they had saved me that $1,000.00 by finding another drain pipe that was hidden under mounds of matted leaves and debris. So, the entire job came to just over $380.00 and I could not be happier. I bought the service agreement because Harvey West Plumbing are now my plumbers and I will go to them in the future with all my plumbing, sewage and gas problems. I would recommend them to anyone who wants an honest, capable job done. Thank you Tony and Chase !!!!!

Amazing Job. My wife and I could not be happier with the service and professionalism that John had. We will definitely use Harvey West Plumbing again.

The service call was $39.00. What I was told by the technician was that the much money only got them out to the house but absolutely nothing else. I did not really understand what he was saying until I was charged extra $141.67 just for verifying there is leak in a pipe and that needs to be addressed... that is it...so I ended up paying $180.67 for somebody's opinion and confirmation of what I already knew, there there was a leak in the slab... pretty d*** expensive...Not pleased with the experience.

Overall, the services were fine. Given the things we needed have fixed, I felt that the cost was higher than it should have been. I understand that the cost of labor is high for plumbing, but it didn't take very long. Other than that, I thought the service was good. I had hired a handyman to fix one of the toilets before and his repair only worked for a few days. The services provided by Harvey West Plumbing worked nicely.
