I could not be more pleased with this outcome. Dustin and Chase were on time, provided a clear estimate, and offered reasonable options. Because I had already researched these items with other plumbers and online, I recognized that this was fair price for the replacements I needed. Additionally, Dustin explained how signing up for their service agreement would pay for itself because of the discounts it offered--with the annual fee of $99 I saved $71 ($170 discounts - 99) on the replacements plus he did an inspection of my other plumbing on this visit and fixed a troublesome faucet. This company carried the 12-year tank Rheem hot water heater that I wanted because it receives the best reviews from buyers, which is why I purchased an Angie's deal. They submitted the city permit without prompting. Chase did a great job reinstalling the brick where the outside faucets were replaced. They were very courteous and cleaned up behind themselves. After some less than satisfactory experiences with two other plumbers, I am glad I found them and can highly recommend them because my initial impression is that this high-quality work that they will stand behind.

We did no use the coupon, because it was misleading. The big deal put me in a position of thinking what I would be getting from the plumber would be expensive. I am a new home owner, and so we are just paying our home warranty a deductible. When they came out and they quoted the price, it was not good. We have a home warranty,and I thought the big deal would be good, but it was more expensive. I was very pleased with how professional they were. The sale rep was great. I loved how they were clean, tidy, and they were aware of not making a mess in my house. They made good notes, they were attentive, and they didn't pressure me. They were upfront about saying how much it would cost, and I would use them again, if I wasn't in a home warranty situation.

The service worked out okay. They were pretty thorough, friendly, and prompt. The interaction with them was good, and the work turned out good, the toilet doesn't leak any more.

He was prompt...and professional....and a typical plumber that wanted to justify his profession. This cost way to much for the task that he performed....even with the Angie List deal.

I called the Harvey West Plumbing Co.,to see if they could fix a clogged toilet in the morning. I spoke with receptionist and asked for an average cost to clean out a clogged toilet. She asked someone else in the office and she told me $175 plus $39 service call fee. Tony came out within 15- 30 minutes of the time quoted. The first quote Tony told me when he arrived started at $350 plus a charge of $150 plus $39 trip to go up on roof. Tony called back office to check on quote I received and the Manager said that the phone quote did not include going on roof. We agreed to a price of $400 to get the job done. He cleared plumbing waste line line from the roof. Tony worked quickly to fix the problem. The job was completed to my satisfaction.

Harvey West Plumbing was very responsive. I came home with a massive water leak in my home from my water heater. They responded after normal business hours within 30 mins and helped me get the water turned off and then replaced the water heater several days later. The price was somewhat steep, but they were pretty much in line with several other quotes I got. I would definitely use their services again.

February work went fine, but $500 to replace two faucets seemed a bit excessive. In April, I asked HW to come out and see if they could fix my gas fireplace logs. Technician came out and said "there's something wrong with your logs" (OK, that may not be an exact quote, but pretty close) and charged me $100. If that isn't something they worked on, they should have said so when I called!

Everything went great! He arrived promptly and was very helpful. It ended up being an easy fix, so he looked at several other things I had issues with. He even fixed my faucet in the kitchen! It was wonderful service and we will definitely be calling them for all of our plumbing needs!

The service technician Dustin arrived promptly. He was very friendly and put on booties as soon as he stepped into the house. I showed Dustin where I thought the leak might be coming from. He sat down and explained the diagnostic fee, suggested a service agreement that included a home plumbing inspection, water heater check and discount on all repairs for a year. As this is an older home I signed up for it. Dustin then went to work and shortly after found the leak. After turning the water off, he again sat down with me and explained everything in detail about what had caused the leak, what he was going to do to fix it and the cost. He had to do some drilling around the area to make the hole where the leak was larger so it could be fixed, but got the job done. Dustin was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. He cleaned everything up when he was finished which was great! I highly recommend this company if you need plumbing services and I will definitely be using them again!

We were asking them to do some real simple things. It was about $1,200 however I ended up finding someone else to do the work for much cheaper. They also said there would be a $99 service fee for just coming out to inspect the work.

I purchased a deal via Angie's List for $100 of plumbing services for $20. It was very easy to schedule the service visit and the company handled applying the Angie's list discount. The plumber (I believe it was Jake) arrived at 9:00 and was so incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. He quickly remedied the problem and explained how we could maintain the pipes in our home. He used the $100 credit toward an annual service contract which will allow us to call a plumber with no trip fees and give us discounts on repairs and services. It seemed like our entire plumbing ceased to function at the same time .The service men arrived promptly. .They replaced the up-stairs water-heater after finding the old water-heater was not working. They were careful in removing the old water heater down from up-stairs and had no water leaks on the carpet. Afterwards the two toilets and kitchen sink were fixed promptly. We were very pleased with their service.

I have owned residential real estate since 1973. THE most common problems are associated with plumbing; therefore, I have met numerous technicians over the decades. Dustin Deweese Is a MOST professional, knowledgeable, well-manner and clearly well educated young man. I know nothing of his past, but his future is a clear success. They were fast and very efficient. They got the job done in a couple hours and everything worked great. There were no issues at all. As for price, they were comparable to 4 other plumbers estimates for the job.

It was good. They were timely and they did good work. We had no problems with them. We were very happy with their service and they did the work on the day that we bought the coupon.

I had been working with my home warranty company to replace my busted hot water heater and was getting the run around and was without hot water for 5 days. I had worked with Harvey West in the past, so I gave up on the home warranty people and called Harvey West at about 9:30 am. By 10:45 am, Leo was at my home to replace the hot water heater. I was called every step of the process to get permission to complete the work and to let me know the price. Leo had completed the job by 1:00 pm. I am very impressed by Leo's work and by this company's customer service. Each time I have called I have spoken with someone who was polite and very kind. Any time I have a plumbing issue in the future I will be using Harvey West without a doubt.

The test was done months ago, the provider elected to wait until foundation work was completed, which was fine (it would have been better if they communicated that). They have been asked four times (3 times on the phone and once by email) for a copy of the isolation test. To date i have not seen it. They did bid on the work based upon the isolation test i guess. I have found another provider who was more willing to share the isolation test that they did (at my expense since i had nothing from the original provider) and exactly what work they would do. Very disappointed Leo would not share the isolation test report . . .

There was a little confusion on scheduling. But everyone was in good humor and scheduling got taken care of quickly. I had a new outdoor faucet that was leaking, West Plumbing did not install it. Harvey West Plumbing came out took a quick look at the faucet and recognized that it was inferior quality. The plumber had to break the mortar in the wall in order to install the new faucet. I knew this and had mortar ready, the previous plumber would not repair the mortar. Harvey West Plumbing's employee looked shocked when I told him the previous plumber would not replace the mortar. He frankly stated "you will not know I even touched the wall when I am done." He was right. I cannot tell the new mortar from the original. Oh and the faucet made it through the winter and has not leaked at all. I highly recommend Harvey West Plumbing.

I purchased an Angies List deal for $100 worth of plumbing for $20. They did NOT specify that there would be an additional $39 service fee until after I bought the deal. I booked it anyway since I already had the deal. When they came out, they saw what I needed, and wrote up an estimate. They were REALLY expensive per service. They wanted $225 to put in the intake valve. (I had quotes anywhere from $50-150, but went with the deal unfortunately). This did not include any parts- I had the valve they needed. They offered an upsell for an inspection package for $99 that would wave the service fee and have them inspect the hot water heater and faucets in the house, with 10% off services. That came out slightly cheaper so I went with that. They did install the intake valve and the shower heads quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional and nice. The inspection probably wasn't worth it. They confirmed my hot water heater was new and in good condition, and they turned on and off all the faucets... but one of the faucets actually does need a new gasket- it doesn't shut off unless you crank it, and they missed it. It was dripping after they left. And they quoted me $250 to replace another faucet that I have a quote for $90 from another reputable firm.

Did not think placing a faucet was gong to cost that much to replacd. Surprised me of the cost for less that a hour of work. I provided the faucet so all it needed was to be replaced.However, the faucet was installed great. I believe they should advise that their cost is before arriving and you only get a discount of the discount which was very low.

It went out fine. I was expecting them to be slightly cheaper but they were a little expensive. Overall, they did the work that I expected them to do. There was nothing negative at their side. They were really professional. If it's a big job, I would probably use them but if it's a small job, I wouldn't really use them because it turned out to be a little expensive.

Arrived at my home within an hour of me calling them and had the clogged pipe that was causing water to flood my garage within another hour.
