Our employees undergo at least 80 hours a year of training in their field of expertise, are background checked for your families safety, and drug free. Our goal is not only your satisfaction, but to ensure that you are so completely happy with our service that you tell all of your friends and family about us. It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They were prompt with their service and the deal was exactly as described. it was a pleasant experience. The guy was nice and answered all my questions and offered me further service that we declined. They came 2-3 days after we purchased the deal. I think they probably went above what I thought that they would do and so it was a high quality service. When something came up, I gave them a call again.

It went really well. He was really very professional and knowledgeable ma. He came out ,did service our air conditioning unit and didn't take very long. He did good. I did spend more because I had a part of the air conditioning unit that needed to be replaced.

He told me we needed a new coil and a whole new system and wanted me to meet with someone from his office that he would call that day to come by and give me prices.  He said he wasn't able to to put freon in.  It had a leak.  He also put on the receipt that we have an entirely different system than we do!  
I called another company for a second opinion and they were able to screw something on the condensing unit that  may be why it was leaking and put 4 lbs of freon in.  Said the system was only 6 years old and was working fine after their inspection.  
I called Airserve and tried to get a refund for the inspection that was done because the guy didn't even know what kind of system I have.  It was all on the invoice he gave me.  They would not refund our money because they felt the inspection was done.  Clearly the guy they sent didn't know much or wanted to sell us a new system.  If they had refunded the 86 apr. dollars and apologized, I may have remained a customer.  I believe the guy was new.
I had to pay the other company as well.

It was good. He seemed friendly. He seemed like he knew what he was doing, like he'd done a number of them before. I could tell you he seemed like he was pretty thorough. I'd never really had any of this service done before. I'm a first-time home buyer. It seems like he cleaned it up pretty well. He spent a couple of hours doing the work and he was working the whole time. I was pretty satisfied.

I had a very positive experience with this company.  I purchased the $99 "Total Comfort Tune-up" which the company offered through Angie's List.  (I actually purchased three of these coupons, since my house has a total of three cooling zones.)  The service consisted of inspecting both the air-handler units in the attic and the A/C units on the outside, as well as cleaning the A/C units.  The technician who performed the worked (James) was very courteous and professional.  I would definitely contact Aire Serv again for any future HVAC needs that I may have.

James arrived on time and first thing he did when I answered the door was hand me his business card. He was clean, well dressed in company uniform and polite. We went over what my concerns were with both units, showed him the attic and what I wanted done. He proceeded to perform maintenance and routine cleaning of both units. I was very pleased with his service and the experience! I would recommend them again.

After checking Angies list, I called Aire Serv. They had a service man here within two hours. They sent Brandon Heart. He checked the unit and found two parts bad. He had one of the parts with him but had to order the other one. He came back the next morning with the part. After installing the part he test ran the unit several times. It still acted up at times. Brandon checked venting and found a piece of roofing in my vent. After removing roofing from vent he test ran. Unit working properly. I signed up for the maintance plan they offered. I will use this company from now on.

    The initial installation was completed in one day a surprise to me. I was hesitant because they were quoting replacement with an Amana unit. My research had considered this a lower teir a/c unit but went with it because of warranty 10 year and financing of 4yr no interest. The initial installation included an Amana compressor an Amana filter unit but a Goodman evaporator coil and high efficiency fan (not Amana). After pricing Goodman units online 4ton evaporator units I was greatly upset at how low their cost was
but the first down draft installation leaked water everywhere. As an engineer it had nothing to do with the way Aireserve installed unit
the Goodman was just engineered improperly for a down draft installation although the unit was installed as directions had called for. Aireserve contacted manufacturer and Aireserve was not at fault. Aireserve immediately had different down draft from Goodman the very next day for installation which has not leaked so far they promised four service check ups but their standard is only 2. As of this point they have come out for heating season tune up as scheduled. The personnel and quick service has at this time made me a happy client but as a disabled veteran I am still concerned about quality of unit but not excellant service by company. Also a positive is electrical savings promised has at this time been true about 50-60 dollars a month excellent.

have three (Carrier) central air conditioning units. They are appoximately 8 years old. Aire Serv has serviced these units for various problems. Last week, one stopped working and had a coolant leak. Air Serv came out within 24 hours and fixed it. They are so professional.

I can't say enough good things about this company.  I think they went above and beyond what any other compay would do.  I especially want to recognize Robert Haga.  He kept in touch with me to let me know when the variable speed motor would be in.  He came to my home AFTER hours to install a regular motor in order for me to have air while the variable speed one was on order.  Since it was and has been over 100 degrees, this was wonderful!!!  He didn't have to do this but he did.  I don't think any other company would have this much compassion or concern for their customers.  What makes it more remarkable was they were not making a dime from me because my unit was still under warranty.  Most places would have just said "let her wait."  This is a wonderful company and I would recommend them to anyone. I would use this company again. In fact I bought a service contract from them to service my unit twice a year and it was very reasonable.   We need more companies like this one.  Thanks to the owner, Brian!!!  More companies should learn from him.

Each time they have come out right away, even on a holiday, which was very nice. They do a good job and I have no complaints. They aren't too expensive, and they don't try to sell you anything you don't need.
