"Our reputation is everything to us and this is not right that a customer I had to sue with a lawyer for not paying me can write a bad review. I would like it to be known on this review that this is from a customer who spent her insurance money she was given instead of paying me. I had to hire a lawyer to get some of the money back and wait months to receive it. I was extremely patient with [Member Name Removed], I did things that insurance did not pay for and she still did not pay me all the money she got from the insurance company. But yet she wants to write a bad review since I hired a lawyer to try to get paid for the hard work that we did for her. I even changed her shingle color the morning we started her roof because I thought the shingle color she chose would not look great (I tried to tell her that earlier too but could never get her on the phone). I had my supplier come pick up the already delivered shingles and drop a whole new load of different ones. I took [Member Name Removed] in my truck to look at colors of different houses that morning and I never charged her a dime for the restocking fees, the double delivery fees, and never got a thank you or anything. Instead of a thank you, it was I'm sorry I spent that money. It's crazy how you work your tail off and do everything you say you will and a customer who doesn't want to pay you then tries to hurt your business even more by writing bad reviews."

Their crew is is very curtious and do the best they can to keep the property clean prior to ending the day.

This review is a little late coming. But I wanted to post a review and share my experience regarding Stiller Roofing & Remodeling. And being fairly lengthy, for those who don?t have time to read this entire review, the ending result is POSITIVE!
Our home was hit by a severe storm cell in May of 2015. Even though our roof was pretty much a total loss, our home insurance agency denied most of the damage to our home- leaving us to financially fend for ourselves.
But there is a bright side to this story. We found Mike Stiller of Stiller Roofing & Remodeling via Angie's List. I?ve been a member of Angie?s List for many years.
Mike Stiller arrived at our home when promised while calling me to let me know how far away he was so I?d know his arrival time (almost to the minute). Mike accessed the damage and offered a fair estimate on replacing the roof of our home and storage building.
The estimate amount was given only after he completely educated me on the many different types of shingles, tar paper, roof turbines etc. With this information, I had no doubts or misgivings regarding my choice of materials to be used. Mike answered every single question I had (there were many) before, during and after the job had been completed.
The work started on the day promised. There were no incidents that caused me to ever doubt the capabilities of Mike or his crew members.
The finished project was extremely amazing, leaving us in total awe. Many of our neighbors (and some just driving by) commented on how beautiful our new roof was.
Because of ?bad deals? in the past, I have become very stingy with my trust. So it takes much more than just words to win me over. But very impressed I was (to say the least) with Mike.
The high level of genuine customer service that Mike provided to us was TOP NOTCH- BAR NONE! This is a true rarity and refreshing indeed that it still exists these days.
In my experience I have never had any job done at my home (or anywhere else) that was as stress-free as this- thanks to Mike.
If my review here in Angie's List serves to help just one individual in choosing an honest and trustworthy contractor for their home, it has done its job...

Mike worked closely with the insurance company's adjuster to insure everything was covered. This included additional documentation and statements along with phone calls and pictures. His crew completed the job within a few days. There were extremely professional, cleaned up after themselves and left the premise in good condition.
He managed the gutter replacement and damage to the interior as well.
I would strongly recommend them!

Stiller roofing showed up on time and worked very hard for two days replacing all the shingles on our roof and staining the fence. The workers were very professional and did an outstanding job cleaning up after the job was complete. The roof looks great and now we get a discount from our insurance for the class 4 shingles!!
Stiller roofing did a great job!! Mike was a pleasure to work with and we would most definitely use his company again if the need arises.

Mr. Stiller was extremely professional and knowledgeable about roofing. He was easy to talk to and provided good advice for some other issues I've been having with the house. I would trust him to handle any of my roof repairs in the future.

They showed up just as they said worked all day for two days. They were very professional and courteous. They came back a few days later to check on the fence and finish clean up. I had no complaints at all and would call them in a minute for any other job. They even gave me a little discount to put a review on Angie's List not know if would be good or bad.
