They are a very good company, very competitive in pricing, professional and I was very pleased overall. The windows have a lifetime warranty.

Chris took our original order back in July and told us it wouldn't be until September before the order was complete.  He lied!  The office called me in mid August and we set up for installation on 23 Aug.  Rick and Brian were here promptly at 08:00.  After a quick walk around to confirm what was to be done and confirming that we had done our part prepping the house, they went to work.  Those two gentlemen (and they were gentlemen as well) did not slow down for anything.  They ensured that drop cloths were put down everywhere they went.  They kept their work areas tidy.  They worked as a team.  My wife and I were amazed.  They even did everything they could to keep us from cooling the great outdoors.  We did not hear a word of profanity or complaint from either one of them.  I didn't even see them take a break for lunch.  There was a glitch regarding the surround of the four front windows but they took it in stride, got hold of the head office and head office sent Ben out with additional materials.  When they were finally wrapping up, they did a thorough walk through with us, showed us exactly how the windows worked, explained the lifetime warranty again, told us how the inspection process would go and a third time they did a walk around to make sure that there were no nails or trash anywhere.  They had to take down a few curtain clips and they even put them all back where they came from.  I would recommend Window World to anyone.  The price was more than reasonable, the quality appears unmatched, and the installation crew was absolutely top-notch.  I doubt that I can say much else without being repetitive but these folks are GOOD!

Two men came to do job They were on time . One man on inside the other outside they put down drop cloths inside and out then they started to remove old window by prying out with pry bar and hammer after removing then they installed new window and leveled and tested to make sure they worked. Then one man caulked on inside the other caulked outside. They cleaned up that area and went to the next area. Then there was a window up stairs same process except it needed to be cut on inside sheet rock in order to fit window in hole. That was done clean up and they were good to go. Later that day I checked the work and some of the caulking on upstairs window outside was missing so I called and they sent someone to take care of it right away.

What a great price at less than $300 a window installed. The crew from Window World of Waco was great. The presentation had no pressure and no games in pricing out the job. The day of install was great with the crew showing up on time and ready to work. They were very neat and very professional. The windows are doing a great job with the first thing we noticed the drop in outside noise. This is a 30 year old house and it is already feeling more comfortable with the cool winds this past weekend. We can not wait to see the first cold winter weekend and then summer to see the full benefit of our purchase.
We had quotes from other companies but Window World of Waco was hands down the most professional and low pressure with a great product. When we saw what they had to offer at a great price of less than $300 a window (Welded frame, double hung, low-e glass, screen, installation and lifetime transferable warranty) we were sold on the product. They have delivered on their bid and our new windows and new sliding back door look great.

They worked hard and took few breaks. They  cleaned up nicely and even re-attached the brackets for my venetian blinds.

They were very nice and professional.  They were very thorough with their estimate.  I felt that their bid was very competitive. I haven’t chosen a company yet.

We liked Window World because they are not high pressure sales people, and they stand by their work.  We were happy with them. They have one size fits all windows at $89 per window.  I defiantly plan to buy more windows from them to finish the house.

They were able to meet me on the date I wanted.  The price is reasonable and the quality is good.  They cleaned up after themselves and they wore foot covers on their shoes.  They were prompt in coming.   We discussed the advantages of energy efficient windows and I can see the difference with my electric bills. It turned out wonderfully.

An excellent experience. We chose to delay installation until after the holidays but appointment was made immediately after calling for one. Arrived on time, got right to work, took a quick lunch break, and finished all items on the check list. They were extremely respectful of our home and possessions. Completely cleaned up after themselves and even took away some extra items we had that needed to go to the dump. We will have them come back and install a front door in the future.  Our windows look the best on the block of this neigh hood developed in the mid ‘60s.

We had nearly 40 aluminum single pane windows replaced by Window World. The new windows are excellent. Very energy efficient. I felt they had a good product for the cost.  Fast installation. The only problem was the installer left alot of broken  pieces of glass in our bushes, from removing the old windows. However, considering the size of our project, I am very happy with Window World.

Previously had a wonderful experience with Window World (see happy face below). This time, not so much. The product is fine, works well and is attractive. The service we received was not what we had expected. Our problem was with the attitude of the installer.

After arriving 2 hours late, he had to be supervised to make sure work continued, complained about the company and his coworkers, complained because he had to remove French doors, and failed to install the vinyl trim. I contacted the company and, rather than have this individual return to complete the job, I requested a refund of the vinyl trim cost. The refund check arrived a week later.

Please ignore my previous post below. As I learned, the experience with Window World is nearly entirely dependent on the installer. The one constant, based on comments from other customers and my experience, is that the company management will do what is necessary to correct the situation. We spoke to the owner, who was very sorry we had a bad experience, and offered to do whatever it took to make it right.

So, if you don't mind having the same job done a couple of times to get it right, then give Window World a try. I don't think they are any worse than any other contractor in the Waco area, and possibly better.

I won't be doing more business with them. I want the job done right the first time.

They were professional.  They were punctual.  I would use their services in the future also.

Only 2 of 5 contactors I contacted bothered to follow up. Window World was one of them. After receiving an email with the approximate cost, I arranged for a final estimate with measurements. Nolan Bright was the salesman who met with us. He was very professional, explained the features of the windows, and took measurements. He was genuinely surprised when I said that if you do an internet search on "window world reviews" there is virtually nothing good said about the company. Waco Angie's List is the exception. He provided me with a several page list of former customers to contact. I called a few and they were all satisfied customers; some had problems initially, but those problems were said to be resolved quickly and satisfactorily/ I ordered 6 windows (3 doubles) as a "trial" (my previous 10 years experience with Central Texas contractors accounts for my caution). We were told it would take 4-5 weeks to get the windows: it did. This morning (19 May 11) Rick and Tom, the installers, showed up. My wife said their first activity was to lay down protective drop cloths and set to work, 3 hours later everything was cleaned and vacuumed, windows were installed, additional exterior trim was added, debris was removed, and my wife was instructed in the operation and care of the windows. WOW! My concerns were unfounded. I shall be contracting with Window World of Waco again. I recommend this company, and I don't do that easily!

Overall we're happy with our new windows. They look great inside and out and they've cut down on road noise and really made a difference keeping our house cool this summer. Jack the owner is very professional when he came to give us an estimate. That said, we were unhappy with the installation. The guys that came were nice, but made a huge mess when ripping out the old windows and did a pretty sloppy job caulking. The worst part was they left without cleaning up, so there were bits of metal and wood (they had to cut some around a couple of windows) all over our house! They barely even swept up before leaving. Also, we purchased crank-out style windows, and due to the siding on our house they wouldn't open all the way when the installers left. After speaking to Jack, he sent the guys back out and they cleaned up the caulking somewhat and fixed the windows (1 of which was actually installed incorrectly). Overall good quality windows for a great price. We are thrilled with the windows themselves. However cheap windows also equaled mediocre install. The installers did come back and fix most of the mistakes, but we sure would have preferred it done right the first time and they really should have come better prepared to keep the house clean with tarps and a shop vac or something like that.

It was a very easy experience. Even the City of Woodway's inspector was complimentary.

It was great. The whole process only took 45 minutes from the time they arrived to the time they were gone.
