"Hi [member name removed], We originally had you scheduled for a move out cleaning in December. Last week you called and requested a two hour cleaning in addition to the move out which we promptly scheduled. We have a two hour minimum with no maximum time for our on call cleanings. The customer budgets our time and we clean as quickly as possible to accomplish the tasks requested. You requested two hours and the cleaning team did their best within the time allowed. I apologize for our tardiness, the holidays can be a little chaotic, however that does not excuse our lack of communication. The office was not aware the schedule was behind or we would have contacted you ASAP. Communication with our customers is very important to our company. I am a little surprised at your post because before the cleaning team left they asked if there was anything else they could do for you and you told them everything looked good. The next day you told me the only thing that did not get done was the laundry and dishes and all the rest of the cleaning i.e. baseboards, vents, blinds were cleaned. I explained to you that laundry and dishes are not part of our normal routine. Our time was somewhat hindered due to us having to pick up the house as we cleaned. It is very important to us that our customers are pleased with our services. Again, I apologize for the lack of communication in regards to the schedule that day.
