A+ Eagle Chimney & Dryer Vent Cleaning Service

They were very good.  I used them in October. I called and he told me when he'd be here. He did the job.  It works just fine.  He seemed very knowledgeable. and he did a really good job. He was cleaning out my chimney. I have a wood fire place chimney and he cleaned the insert and everything.  He was very kind and very good.  I felt comfortable with him as he was polite. He was a very nice man. 

It went well.  The chimney sweep arrived on time, was efficient in his work, charged what I considered to be a fair price, and let the premises as clean as he found it.  I will definitely use their services again.

I telephoned and left a message asking him to call me about chimney sweeping.  I took about one day before Mr.  Austin contacted me but he immediately set an appointment for the day he called.  He arrived on time, assessed requirements and quoted a price that seemed reasonable.  He explained what he needed to do and then set right to work after moving a few items out of the way.  It took him about one hour to complete the job and remove a large  pile of cresote that he had swept from  the chimney.  He cleaned up thoroughly after completing his work and left everything in good order.  I can recommend him without reservation for chimney cleaning services.

I called Mr. Austin in the morning and he performed his services that afternoon.  It was pleasant knowing that the services being performed were by someone that knew what they were doing.

Overall the experience went okay.  A little hic-up with his GPS unit put him to far away to complete the task on the initial day requested.  It didn't bother me so we rescheduled for the following day.  He was on time, very courteous and his prices were very reasonable especially considering how filthy the chimney was.  He does not have a "uniform" and the drop cloths leave something to be desired, but his work was good and did not dirty the recently cleaned carpet.  Additionally, inspected the chimney, found a crack,  and patched it.  I have already recommended him to my boss, and will use his service again.

We called Steve on an evening night and he was able to help us the next day.  He was on time and did an assessment of our situation and quoted us $200 for both the dryer vent and a normal chimney sweep.  He did a great job, was there no longer than 90 minutes.  We paid with a personal check.  He indicated he'll be able to take Mastercard/Visa in a couple of months as he makes the transition to Waco.
