On Duty Systems

It is a small, privately-owned company that I found on Angie's List. I picked them because they had the highest ratings. They came out first to evaluate my situation and tried to make use of most of the old system that was in there but had not worked for years. I had a lot of questions about various alarm technologies which they answered to my satisfaction. I like their service and went with them because they arrived when they said they would and the company was flexible as to when they were going to come. They did not try to sell me something I did not need and seemed to be very down-to-earth. They went out of their way to meet my schedule; which was nice. They put the alarm in within a week; which is what I wanted. It works perfectly fine and I am happy with it. I recommend them to anybody. I pay $30 for monthly monitoring and paid a higher price than I would have with another company but this company is more tailored to my needs. The guys that came to assess my situation were the same guys that installed my system; I like that too. We get calls to make sure my system is working satisfactorily.
