+ -1 moreI like them just fine. They just replaced a DSL modem for me free of charge. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They don't have the fastest internet so I would give them a B. I have had no problems with their quality. I have a super fast computer and their DSL doesn't quite hack it sometimes. With any problems that I've had with them so far, I would give them an A. They were quite punctual in sending me out the new modem so I have to give them an A for that.
